This management sucks. The jeweler buys items for not what they are worth and then resells for way over the value. He is not willing to work with the consumer. This is the most unprofessional management I have ever worked with. Stay clear of this place it is nasty.

…until today, 10÷14÷15. I returned to ask the jeweler to remove another link because he only actually removed one instead of two! He had originally told me when I walked out the first time «if it breaks or something’s wrong with it, I’ll fix it, for free». Well, they were so kind and accomodating the first time in, but the second time I came back, the jeweler would not even come out to speak with me personally. He sent his gal out (3 times) to say that he would charge me ANOTHER $ 25 to remove another link — on a $ 9 bracelet he already overcharged me for. (His definition of two «links» was incorrect!) They said that it was a «favor» and it took a lot of work to do it. That’s bull. I took the bracelet home, got out my tools and removed the link myself! It only took 15mins! It looks great!
They took advantage of a simple fix and lost a frequent customer (I’ve been in several times before and referred people.) Dishonest and disrespectful. SO VERY dissappointed in them.

So I got a message from the owner and I went back. Apparently one of the bracelets I had was «not real, its plated» Went back to Cash for Gold and they took it just fine… not sure why I was asked to come back for the same unsatisfying service.

stole my diamond! so it’s a year later, the ring i bought here turns out to have a cubic zirconia in it!
the jeweler that i reviewed earlier that had this crap attitude about everything switched it! this business deserves to be shut down! no self respecting person let alone business would ever let someone like this work in their place!
i came in here paid good money! helped put food on their table by coming here! i didn’t need to get the shit here, i just found exactly what i wanted and ended up buying it!
i just can’t believe when you buy something, helping their business and them, they just act like disgusting horrible ugly people
they are ugly, inside and out! you deserve nothing! you should be put out of business and live on the streets!

This place is horrible!!! I seriously do not know how they stay in business. They are all rude and VERY unprofessional, they lie and take your money and switch out your jewels in your items pawned. STAY CLEAR from this place!!! If you don t heed my warning, when a bad experience happens to you or someone you know, just remember you were warned!!!
Also just to be clear I WAS a client before they screwed me and not this stupid competitor mess they are using as an excuse for their negative ratings, which I believe are in fact from real customers writing these, they just want to deter everyone from the truth. Being GIA certified doesn t mean sh** if your not providing good experiences to the public and clientele!!!

Store is clean, well managed with professionals. Merchandise In the store very high end at Affordable prices. I found a Beautiful diamond ring that stole my heart Lol best part I can afford it!

As my first time going to a pawn shop, I am very pleased at the excellent customer service and choices that they had to offer. I had a wonderful experience with Margarita, who was friendly and eager to help. Unlike other shops, I did not feel the pressure of purchasing, it was incredibly professional and I was able to find what I was looking for with no hassle. I definitely recommend this shop and will be coming back for any future jewelry needs!

Had great service when I went in to get a loan on my rings. But when I went to pick them up they said that they had to get the manager to check for where they were. Still haven’t gotten a call back, still no response, and no rings. Would not recommend this place if you are doing a loan and want to see your stuff again.

Went back today to pick up my wife’s ring. Understanding that I was frustrated with my previous visit, they were sympathetic and very accommodating, The ring looks new again and I am now again a happy satisfied customer. Thank you Otto!!!
