Door Dorks – Escondido

Couldn’t have been a better experience, unless of course my garage door hadn’t broken to begin with (but that wasn’t Door Dorks fault– we had an old door).
Our garage door broke suddenly, and was stuck in an open position. I found Door Dorks through Google and was hoping for the best. I got an answer immediately, by a friendly and understanding person, who dispatched Matt to fix our door. He was here within an hour! He explained everything, was very nice, efficient and helpful. Fixed everything at what I assume is a fair price (we felt it seemed to be). We went from distress and a broken unsafe open door to everything fixed and set within a few hours with friendly service. It doesn’t get better than that.

We are extremely satisfied with our garage door. Dorian was very patient with our design requirements and worked with us until we were totally satisfied with the style and color. Door Dorks installed the door perfectly and in a very timely fashion. Now a year later I needed to adjust the door so that I could enter the garage with my kayak on top of the SUV. I called Dorian for assistance. He was willing to come over but all he needed to do really was to help me over the phone. He instructed me and 10 minutes after we started talking everything was just the way I needed it to be. Thanks again Dorian.

Excellent quick service, and very friendly staff! I had a full system including springs installed. It works like a charm. Much better than my old unit. I would highly recommend Door Dorks!!!

We had our garage motor replaced by another company after it broke only 6 months ago. Our garage then starting going up and down all by itself over Christmas. We called Anytime Garage (soon to be called Door Dorks) and Matt came over on New Year’s Day to check it out. He informed us that the installer put in a low end model garage door that was 1 ½ years old and did not replace any of the wiring or even remove the old sensors. Matt put in a brand new top of the line motor for us, ran new wires and removed the old sensors as well as put the new sensors in a location that met code requirements all for the same price as the cut rate job with the used low end motor we got last summer. Can’t say enough to about Matt’s professionalism and honesty.

Door Dorks DELIVERS! We just bought a house and they left us a couple mismatched remotes that only opened one of our 3 garage doors. I called to see if Door Dorks could help me out and they actually walked me through the process of programming my remotes over the phone! Dorian was super-​patient, friendly, and professional through the whole thing. He even suggested that I might have a vehicle with Home Link capability, which I did. Now I can open the garages with my remotes AND from inside my vehicles. Sometimes it is the little things that make life so much better. Thank you, Door Dorks!
