Been here few times and happy to say they have never screwed up my order. Their red velvet Oreo shakes are pretty yummy too!

the service here has improved had two bad experiences with Female Hispanic manager with hair in pony tail kept my change in one instance and was real rude. Every visit she acted like she is doing you a favor by taking your order another time instead of acknowledging me standing at counter she just ignored me after 5 min i walked out Thought I would give it another try what a difference she must be gone. Employee’s make eye contact, appreciative of your business food was out fast maybe she was off that day. And the place was cleaner everytime she was working place is a mess hard to find a clean table .I PRAYSHEISGONEORHOPEFULLYTHEYSENTHERTOANOTHERBKTOLEARNCUSTOMERSERVICE. It felt like I was in a commercial. Having moved to this town recently, I use coupons to try out various places. I’ve been going to this Burger King quite often(once a week or so for the 3rd time today). Today was the day I felt I could become a regular even without coupons. I’m even writing a review for a large fast-food chain, even though I have work to do. I went in to use the«buy large fries and get an original chicken sandwich,» which is an amazing deal, price-wise. Here’s how it went down: — Order large fries — Describe coupon and ask if I could get the spicy version instead(same price) — She says«of course!» and makes small talk about the unusual blue magnetic stripe on my credit card — She is friendly and makes no hesitation in serving me(despite my using a coupon, asking for no salt on the fries, glasses making me look super nerdy, etc.) — When the order is ready, she asks if I wanted ketchup. I ask for«a couple packets,» and she specifically gives me three, which actually happens to be the right amount for my fries. She folds up my bag neatly and handed it to me with two hands with a smile, all while holding eye contact, calling me «sir» and telling me to have a nice day(this visit, in fact, was the highlight of my day). Where the hell’s the secret camera and commercial jingle? By the way, this place is always kept tidy and clean. I find the white tiles, white walls, white menu very sleek. Do I sound like I’m describing a car dealership? I might as well be. Everything is clean; everyone is courteous. It felt like I was in the Minus World of fast-food restaurants. This is probably the best experience I had at one. A coupon will make me go somewhere once, but the experience will make me return. Unfortunately, I can’t bump the rating any higher since I don’t give out 5 stars. I’m not sure what’s up with the negative ratings. I might suggest that you get back what you give.

Today is Aug 16, 2014. I ordered 3 double whoppers and 4 whopper jrs at the drive thru. I get home 10 miles away to find out that all that is in the bag is 3 double whoppers. What gets me is that thinking that the burgers were stacked in this large bag, …they were not. I paid $ 26.38 for three double whoppers only. Now, I called back and spoke with the General Manager telling me to bring the receipt back and he would gladly like to help… DONOTGOTOTHISBURGERKINGONEASTVALLEYPKWY. !!!
