Boncor Water Systems

Boncor provided an excellent water softener system for our home. We highly recommend them for your water needs! Great customer service too.

I have never been so dissatisfied with a company before. They didn’t show up when I scheduled a pick up and then I called the day they were supposed to come for a smaller time frame and they never bothered to call me and let me know. I will never recommend this company to anyone. And for the record Rayne is so much cheaper then them.

We had no issues with our drinking water system. Water tastes great.

Great service. We currently rent their services and plan to purchase the system soon.

Very friendly, knowledgable staff that provided awesome customer service from start to finish. We met Mark way back in the early Fall of last year and inquired about a water softener for home. He was patient as we made our decision (and let the holidays pass) and answered any questions we had along the way.
The Boncor Team came out and installed the softener a few weeks back. Wes arrived early and did a nice job with the install. The softener looks like it was installed when our house was built — can’t beat that! He even left us a lot of extra salt to use as a bonus.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a water softener to give Mark at Boncor a call — he will most definitely take care of you!

Wow! I have been a happy Boncor customer since 2006 and just recently purchased
a new home and had my tank and service transferred to the new home. First for the past 8 years my wife and I have totally enjoyed the difference between the rough, tough and hard water of San Diego and the soft and refreshing feel that is the end result of the Boncor water softening process. So, when the move date came, my wife demanded that we take the Boncor tank system with us. On our move date, a Mr. Wes Tate came out as scheduled and presented a polished, professional yet personable demeanor. As he began his work, it was obvious that he took pride and actually enjoyed the work. There was no hint that I was his 100,326 customer throughout his 30 plus career as an installer. He appeared as enthusiastic and fresh as if it were his first year of installations. It may have been my imagination, but I actually think I heard him whistling throughout the install. What was equally impressive was the clean manner in which the install was performed. I mean, it was almost like art work as the (pvc) pipes seemed to blend in with the shape and contours of the obstacles in the garage he had to negotiate. Prior to leaving and announcing the job done, Wes conducted a complete and comprehensive test of the system to ensure that it was operating in a highly efficient manner. If you have read any of my other reviews, you will know that I only write « Unilocal» reviews for those products and services that do not achieve a 5 star rating. In this case, both Boncor’s products and services achieve an actual «6 star» rating. You can’t go wrong if you ask for Wes to conduct your install or relocation.
