My family and I love this place!!! We found it on accident and now we can’t get enough. The food is fantastic — excellent green chili, chili con queso, rice and beans… Elizabeth is our favorite server — so friendly and she takes great care of us!!! They have a beautiful patio with a fantastic view — we enjoyed that today! Good prices!

This is for the Lafayette location: Good food good service Terrible margaritas Authentic yes indeed But the margaritas need some help. We asked if there was a bar in the area The waitress replied«yes, the next one» Ummmm what??? So we thought she meant next door because that’s where she pointed There was no bar next door lol So yeah good food but you may just want to use google if you need to find a bar in the area. The margs literally taste like slushies super sweet and artificial

Super friendly staff and delicious food. Awesome for summer cocktails on the deck(overlooking the golf course).

For Colorado it’s okay. I would try again. Customer service very good. If I could give 2.5 stars I would. Chile Rellenos: Soggy, eggy. Not tasting authentic. Barely any chile. Refried beans: OMG, 5 stars, very good. Best thing I’ve had here. Melted cheese on top is heaven. The cheese they use is pretty good. Burrito: Very soggy and wet they covered it with sauce. They should ask if you want sauce on top. Not a fan of the sauce, tortilla was average tasted store bought bleh Churros: They poured chocolate syrup all over so be warned. I would ask for no sauce or sauce on the side.

If a one star review equated to walking out with food poisoning, this place merits a solid 2 stars. The venue was understaffed, so that even with only 4 tables of people eating on a Monday night, the service was still incredibly slow. The blended margarita was so poorly done that it showed up as some kind of watery foam instead of anything resembling any margarita you’ve ever drunk in your life. The kids nachos consisted of canned cheese drenched over soggy chips and the kids corn dog could have doubled as a rubber billy club as rubbery as it came out. This place has to be in its death spiral with service and food like this. Avoid at all costs.

Went in for their«lunch special». Come to find out you had to spend an additional $ 3 on a soda in order to get it. Can you say bait and switch? ya. don’t think so. Told the server I was not going to be ordering a soft drink for their«lunch special». This is not even in the fine print. This is something the servers are told to tell customers. Once she saw my reaction and that I was ready to go ballistic on her, she immediately told me I would not have to buy a soda to get the«lunch special». I asked to speak to the owner so I could tear into him, but of course he was nowhere to be found. Not only that, the place was so incredibly dirty. I was so grossed out. They had only 2 other tables in there during a «lunch rush». That speaks volumes.

I really wanted to like this place because it’s close and I just moved to a retail and restaurant«desert» on highway 7 between I-25 and Lafayette. But, unfortunately, there was just one fail after another on the Wednesday night(6−17−15) when we visited at about 7:45 p.m. We walked in and were greeted by a nice man… who took us to a table in the back which was right by the kitchen doorway. Lots of dish clanking and kitchen cross-talk readily available as soon as we were seated. I immediately went to the restroom before even looking at the menu which seemed to annoy the angry waitress. The restroom was cleanish, so there was that. When I got back to the table, my boyfriend had some thick and stale tasting chips and really weak-vinegary salsa in front of him. In retrospect, I hope we didn’t have to pay for that because it was not worth eating unless it is free or you are starving to death. When our server finally got around to taking our order, we were greeted by indifference or laziness. Whatever, we are hungry and just want a beer and some food. I began by ordering a Corona Light because it was advertised so well on the giant banner when we walked in… but alas, the sever said… we are out. My only light beer option was coor light or bud light. So much for the Mexican experience! And it just got wore from there. I ordered the tacos al carbon with«steak» which was essentially a slightly less chipped beef than hamburger. And the tortillas were lifeless. It didn’t help that I asked for some hot sauce to doctor them up and the server apparently forgot. So, I sat there waiting and waiting until finally I went up to the counter where she was hiding(virtually no other customers left) and asked for some sauce because they were completely benign tasting on their own. By the time I got some hot sauce, the tortillas were so soggy, there was no way to eat them as tacos. Which is kinda the point. If I wanted chipped mean on a soggy bread unit, wouldn’t I just go to TacoBell or McDs?

Worst service I’ve had in years. Had to cancel my credit card when it took them 20 mins to return it when I paid. Food wasn’t terrible but not great for Colorado. Save your money.

The salsa was good, but everything else down to the service was just left of center. I have been here before and would have raved about the food and would have encouraged everyone to go. Unfortunately, they have lost their luster, and the food was anything but memorable. The ingredients seemed, generic and the dishes lacked in authenticity and flavor(there was none). In addition, some of the foods seemed over-salted, and the meats were perhaps at the end of their«freshness» and near expiration. Service was slow, when there was no one else even in the restaurant, and the waitress seemed disinterested in checking in, listening to our orders and overall, just left me annoyed and wanting to leave. This restaurant is in my neighborhood, and I never like to give up on local businesses, so I will give it another chance and hope there is improvement in the food and service. I just hope I had just caught them on an off day.

Food was bland and greasy. Haven’t had it in a couple of years but it used to be pretty good. Bad enough that I won’t be trying it again.

There’s nothing special about the food but the margaritas are great! The food is average and what you would expect, not necessarily very flavorful but decent. The margaritas are strong and very tasty. It’s not my favorite Mexican food restaurant, but it’s the closest one in town.

Good basic dinner very close to our house. Great parking which is important to us. The beef burrito has a ton of beef, so when I am hungry for meat we go here. We have simple tastes and the mild sauces here work for us. Margaritas here are bad, so we don’t go here when we want those.

Nice people. Margs are ok but would be better if not served in plastic glasses. Queso is velveeta in disguise and the chips are out of a bag and cold. The chimi’s were decent and the salsa was adequate. A few upgrades could really help the joint. Real glass for Margs, warm and/or homemade tortillas chips, and authentic Mexican recipes and I’ll come back again.

They discriminate against pregnant women! We came in with a coupon that stated you must purchase two bar beverages in order to use it. My wife is pregnant so I ordered a marg and my wife got a non alcoholic marg. They would not accept the coupon because the second drink was not alcoholic. The manager told me they cater to others besides just pregnant women. We will NEVER go back. Horrible customer service! !!

Such a horrible place to go. Just zero flavor in their food. I judge a Mexican place a lot on their salsa and other sauces. This place just does not know how to do it. No spice, no flavor, no inspiration in what they serve. I would not waste my time going back here, go to Three Margarita’s in superior or their other locations, skip this place.

Si Señor is my go to Mexican restaurant. It’s close to home and they have great Mexican food. It’s always clean and the service is great! They get you seated as quickly as possible and work towards a quality experience. Their Margaritas are pretty good and I like that they have 3 different sizes to choose from. The large is so big it looks like a fish bowl. It’s a good one to share. Their salsa is very tasty! I usually get their taco salad served with chicken and fresh guacamole! So delicious! Sometimes if I am not that hungry I get their tostada with chicken. You really can’t loose at Si Señor. Anything you choose to eat or drink will be excellent. My friends and I love to meet for an afternoon margarita here and just chill either inside or outside on the patio. They have great mountain views from the patio. I am a big fan of Si Señor.

Most horrid food. I’ve been there twice now and didn’t want to go the second time but I thought I should at least see if the first visit was an anomaly. The last visit I ordered fundido and a side enchilada just to mix up what you can order there. I also ordered a 16oz frozen margarita. The cheese was horrible. I don’t know what you call fake cheese but they used it. The meat in the cheese… come on… that crumbly stuff you get from Taco Bell? The house margarita… what a shame! The fluffiest ice ever(that was cool) with the faintest hint of a margarita ever! Just disgusting. I asked for one on the rocks instead which must have had an extra pinch of margarita flavor in it and maybe even some tequila. The side enchilada was a rubbery flour tortilla with maybe beef inside. Smothered in a faintly brown color sause with shredded lettuce and some red items… maybe tomatoes. They don’t need a kitchen for their food, just a microwave. Chips and salsa weren’t even worthy of a mention.

We have been here quite a few times, the food is good as well as the service. The salsa is amazing(quite possibly the best I’ve had) and I get it to smother my burrito instead of the green chili. Never had a long wait, I agree with other reviewers that it is similar to any other mexican place — but good if you are looking for a place close by. It seems a bit pricy for mexican food, but all places seem pricy to me anymore. I must be getting old.
