I have my hair done by Jamie and love the cut and color for the first time in ages. I also love the beauty of the salon and the friendliness of the owners. Highly recommended!

I love this place! I was going from long hair to a short cut and Whitney did an amazing job! I’ve already recommended her to my friends and family.

I love this Salon. I had been looking for a new salon/​stylist for a while and finally found my place! Whitney is my stylist (as well as my daughter’s) and will keep coming back to her as long as she is around. She always listens to what I want and delivers a GREAT service. She really knows what she is doing and is never afraid to suggest what would look good on me. I have never left dissapointed. This place is always clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly… Especially Lauren who greets me with a huge smile every time.

The single biggest issue with this Salon is one of the young owners. She is rude and needs some training in customer service.
We moved to the area from NoCo and had been customers of the Aveda 10 salon in Loveland for years. Our entire family of 5 went there. I was initially very happy to find this salon because it was an Aveda salon. Well not all Avedas are created equal.
Our first experience I had both my girls on the same day with different stylists and I booked myself for a different day. The young lady that did my youngest daughter was awesome. She was engaging, nice and listened. The young lady that did my older daughter was terrible. She was rude to her, didn’t listen and didn’t speak to her. Apparently didn’t like doing young girls hair. Even though we were unhappy we paid AND tipped!
Next appointments I booked all with same young lady that did my younger daughter. Everything was great until our last appointments which I had pre-​booked due to Thanksgiving. Left work downtown Denver early, picked up daughter, husband scheduled to pick up other daughter and drop her off. Get to salon and no appointments. They claimed to have called 2x but I had no voicemails on the very same phone I use to type this review. Yet they can send a text confirming my appointment but guess cannot text a cancellation or a problem.
Rude young owner who was my older daughters original stylist came out and asks if I want to reschedule. And it was clear she could care less how much I was inconvenienced. I said No and left.
Terrible customer service. It’s too bad my stylist left. I will not be back!

A great referral. I just moved nearby and was in need of a new salon and magical stylist. Jamie and Halcyon were fantastic. She listened to what I wanted and delivered something better than I imagined. I was treated to a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie and hand massage to top it off! The salon was clean, stylish and welcoming. Everyone there was friendly. I will definitely be back!

I couldn’t be happier with this salon! I’ve been looking for a local fair priced salon for awhile now and I finally found it!!! The salon is super trendy and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond for their customers. I was offered something to drink right away and then given a tablet with a ton of magazines on it to read while I got my hair done. Kaylee listed to what I wanted and made sure that I was 100% satisfied with my cut before I got up. I appreciated her taking the time to seek out what I really wanted to achieve with my cut. On top of everything it was so reasonably priced I was shocked! I will most definitely be coming back!!! I think I’ve found my new salon!!!

Nice addition to the Vista Ridge neighborhood. They were open on Sunday which was really convenient. Taylor did a great job on my teen’s hair. She listened to what we wanted and executed well.
Friendly and inviting environment.
Scalp massage was a treat. We will be back!

I’m not good at planning my hair services because I haven’t quite yet found a home for my hair! I usually tend to «walk-​in» somewhere I’m feeling it.
I am sooo happy I walked-​into Halycon! Right I away I was greeted by Whitney, who I found out later is also owner of the salon with her sister and Mom. She is adorable, interesting and talented! I’ll get to her in a sec! Another plus is the salon is less then 2 miles from my house!
I was excited to be surrounded by Aveda products and a sophisticated décor, I knew I was in the right place! I explained what I wanted and she was able to see me a little later that day, it worked out for me because I just popped on over next door for a pedi and quick shellac nail color change, another thing i never plan but that’s another review #thenaillounge in Erie.
I returned to Halcyon and Whitney was ready for me and she took me back to her chair and again I was loving the furnishings and atmosphere. Her chair was comfy and the mirror inviting. While we discussed more of what I was thinking about doing with my hair she gave me a wonderful neck and shoulder massage, this girl has a strong yet gentle touch! The music was just right where I didn’t feel like I was in a club having to shout out at her! She offered me a variety of beverages, I chose coffee, which by the way was delicious! We talked about what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about and needed. I had a cut, color and low-​lights. I am brunette and I wanted my «lights» to look natural and she achieved the exact look I wanted and omg, can she blow dry, I have alot of hair and its long but she just worked her magic with her brushes and blow dryer amd my hair came out smooth and full! During the whole experience, Whitney and I talked about alot of different things and we even engaged in conversation with her sister and her customer, her sister is also a stylist/​owner. I felt like I was among friends :) The wash chair was quite comfy too, I didn’t feel as if my head was on a chopping block when she was washing my hair, lol! Did I mention there hand and arm massage too…
As you can tell from my enthusiasm I had a great experience and will definitely go back, as a matter of fact I am going to go online and schedule a haircut for my husband and wax service for me!
