My boyfriend and I are buying a house. We needed an inspection and our realtor recommended Home Team in Erie. Our realtor called them for us initially and they responded with a call and email to us very quickly. We were able to schedule our inspection very fast. Dave met us at the property and went over everything very thouroughly. He was so helpful and explained everything to us as he was inspecting. He even helped us trouble shoot an electrical issue which is not his job or responsibility. We felt very comfortable and knowledgeable about the home we are purchasing. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a home inspection. In addition to his help he sent the report to us within hours of the inspection. This is very important in the home buying process. The report was full of details along with pictures. Awesome service!
