Highlights so bad, I’m afraid to even try to have them fix it. I did not ask Annie for what looks like platinum blonde frost on my medium brown hair. I asked for natural looking high and low lights, to refresh the highlights from earlier this summer that were growing out. In addition to the shocking color, I have foil lines everywhere. Just terrible. I can’t afford a color correction somewhere else after paying over $ 100 for this disaster, so now I have to use box color so I can leave the house.

Terrible haircut. Ruined my hair and there is no way to get it back into shape until it grows out for a couple of months. The person point cut my hair with thinning shears. Made it stringy looking and it was cut unevenly. When I spoke to owner it told her I am happy to pay for the color but want a refund on the cut(my was shoulder length when I went in). My bill for cut and color was $ 140. The owner replied, «well a cut is only $ 20 when you get it with a color. It’s all over our website and brochures». I almost fell over when she said that and she was NOT very friendly. Update: the owner improved the first bad cut. I’ve stuck with them for a year, hoping we could communicate and work together for a great haircut. Went back to the owner for a full second cut from her. It was terrible. I had to go back to see if she could fix it. She improved her bad cut but it is not fixed. I CANNOT wear my hair curly in public. It frizzy looking(because of the bad cut which I told her she needed to be careful about) and styling straight takes me twice as long because of the terrible cut. I tried for a year and now I’m done. It bums me out out but it’s time for a good haircut!

I saw Yesenia who did a cut and color. This was my first time in the shop. Yesenia was very professional and personable. I love the cut and she did exactly what I had in mind with cut and color. I will definitely be back!

I called, some girl Michelle told me it’s $ 25 for a manicure, I said I have never paid so much for a simple manicure, and she said: okay bye. Talk about customer service from hell! And in Downtown Chicago, NY, Miami manicures almost that much, but this is a suburb… If I’m gonna pay that I might as well go to Nordstrom. This lady has no idea how to increase business revenue. I can take over her position and fill the place using kind disposition and common sense. If someone tells you it’s too much you say well, our service is the best and you will not regret it. Escape salon, I will escape from your awful customer service.
