Very unprofessional an rude. I would not trust them in my home again!!!
I requested cleaning to be at later in the day due to work schedules, which Dust Bunnies originally agreed they could do. After 1 month that time was no longer convenient for them. They did not come at times when the said they would. Did not dust entire room of furniture. I called the day before a cleaning appointment (that had been scheduled a month earlier) to confirm the date and to request the time they were coming. They left a message saying they would be there to clean between 10 & 12. They called at 9:48 the day of the appointment stating that they could not make it.
