Stopped in for a quick slice with my son. Ordered 3 slices and 2 cans of Yoo-​hoo. I was charged 15.00 that comes out to $ 4 per slice and 1.50 for yoo-hoo.The man stood behind the counter handed me my slices on 2 metal trays… No plates or silverware. I am far from cheap but the pizza wasn’t anything special and the service wasn’t good either. We were the only people in the pizza place… He made me walk over to get my pizza. You really should walk around the counter and serve to the paying guests sitting at the table. Especially when they were the only customers in the entire store. When I was finished I cleaned my own table. I can see why we were the only patrons in there. It only takes me once to be ripped off and treated like they were doing me a favor. Will definitely drive past this place next time. As for the other reviews they must be related or work for them. Plenty of better places to go. Don’t waste your time or money.

This place sucks. All the 4 and 5 star reviews left here are by people who wouldn’t know good pizza if it hit them in the face. Cold terrible food, rude employees. They have been around a long time and you figure they would finally get it right. Nope just gets worse and worse. I’ve given them several chances but I’m done. I stop when I get off the bus and I am disappointed all the time

Thank you Maria for a wonderful night of good food and friendly atmosphere for our Aspen group. The tables were quite comfortable for our group of 20. The food was delicious. We especially love the pesto pasta, the calzones and the pizza. So tasty and delicious! But most of all the great effort to make us all feel comfortable in your restaurant.
If you want authentic italian food that is high quality, Carlos Gourmet pizza is the best!!!

Excellent pizza and great value for the money. Very pleasant and friendly staff, clean restaurant. We highly recommend it!

I ordered two salads and a sandwich… it came an hour and a half after I ordered it. When the delivery guy walked in he was rude and said it wasn’t their fault the food was cold and the drinks were missing. We then opened our salads and they were completely messed up. NEVER AGAIN!

I hate writing bad reviews for restaurants but this time I felt compelled to.
I ordered at about 5:45 on a Saturday night and it took a little less than an hour to arrive which was fine. The problem is the food was all ice cold which means that it was prepared quickly and then sat waiting for a driver and then sat in the drivers car.
The food was pretty terrible. With all the Italians in the area, I expected better.
— Chicken Parm: Ice cold, small portion, not enough sauce. But maybe that’s a good thing because the sauce was bleh.
— Side meatballs: I’ve gotten better pre-​made ones at the supermarket. Again, ice cold. Bland. And the sauce? Worse than ketchup and very watery. Quite possibly the worst sauce ever.
— Tartufo: Excellent
This meal was so disappointing. I can’t eat much and was going to use this for 2 – 3 meals, I don’t even want the leftovers, but at least it will all be hot.
Bottom line, I should have just cooked myself and if you can’t deliver hot food, don’t deliver at all.

Pizza was horrible! And expensive, only because they added the word «gourmet». There is absolutely nothing gourmet or good about their pizza.

I go here for lunch almost everyday. Maria is a doll and everyone that works here knows me and say hi everytime. Every single slice of pizza I’ve had to amazing. Not too salty but sweet sauce (just how I like it), the cheese isn’t greasy or overloaded, crust is crispy and fresh, and the pizza is just an 11 out of 10. I love coming here. I haven’t had any of their dishes in the dining room but I’m definitely going to. They have gluten free options and catering. All of their ingredients are authentic and fresh. My favorite pizza for place of all time!

The chicken Alfredo was excellent, maybe the best I’ve ever had easily, Thanks for being interested Salvatore A. It means a lot that the customer opinion matters, I’m all for second chances and this one proved worthy.

Very good pizza and they are not stingy on toppings! Prices are very reasonable too and the Friendly staff was a plus!

I would give the inner ambience and friendliness of service five stars. But I give two stars because pizza doesn’t need to have all the cheese in creation on it to the point where it’s sloppy and messy to eat, and it needs to taste a certain way, and not almost high school cafeteria-​ish. I am sure their actual Italian food is better. But the pizza needs improvement, it also gave my date indigestion.

Love this place. The food is excellent. The dinning room is clean and comfortable. The hospitality is outstanding. Highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! Food is really good. I definitely recommend trying their Wraps. The BLT on wheat is great. They’re always friendly when they deliver. Good food & a good customer experience. I’ll give that 5 Stars anytime, every time!

Delicious pizza! I love their thin crispy crust margherita pizza. We also ordered the meat lovers pizza which I thought was alright, didn’t beat the margherita pizza. We ordered slices, and not whole pizzas. The service was fast, friendly, and the restaurant was clean with good parking right in front. I saw that the owners of the restaurant knew their frequent customers very well, knew their names and orders. Overall great place.

Great food and the gluten free menu is very impressive. I’m always weary about ordering and eating out with celiac disease, but everything was great when we ordered from here and the gluten free eggplant rolatini was the best I’ve ever had!

Messes up your order every time never fails. Something is either missing or they replace it with another item or just add condiments you said not to. 3 out of 4 orders were completely wrong.

Best pizza in the area, by far.
Been going here for years and, quite simply, nothing in the area comes close.
