Love this place. I spend a lot of time at Rocky Mountain Tanners working with Doug on my various leather products. The new owner Scott is very friendly and if you have the chance to work with Doug, you’re in for a real treat. This guy can pretty much take your idea and turn it into a work of art. Whether you want a custom pair of moccasins or a guitar strap, he can get the job done. Highly recommended.

This is a no-​frills leather shop, with a friendly staff, reasonable prices and a great leather selection. I purchase bulk leather to do auto interiors, and recommend doing business with these guys over anyone on the internet. Entrance is on the side of the building.

WOW!!! These guys are GREAT. I needed a custom sheath for my new knife and they got it done in style. It’s a simple sheath, but what great customer service and excellent workmanship as well. Now I can carry my knife in style and comfort with the clip that was sewn onto the back. I love the store. It’s crammed full of hides and leather and has that great leather smell. WHo doesn’t love the smell of leather? I am so happy I stopped in and got this done. They will be doing a new holster for my gun as well once it’s in my hands. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful staff and a really professional approach. I had some patches sewn on my leathers, and they took care of it very well, with one minor problem. When I pointed out that problem, it was resolved immediately and properly, though there was additional damage to my leather as a result. Reasonable prices and they can do all types of leather work from repairs to custom furnishings and clothing. They offer tanning of your hides, skull boiling and European mounts.
This is now located in the shop that used to be Jerry’s Leathers.
