Get new management or go out of business. Seriously. I’ve ordered here before and have had some issues, but as of today this place is fired in my book. I’m with company and snowed in and we ordered 3 hours ahead to schedule a delivery, knowing that the snow would be a hassle. After a half an hour after the scheduled delivery passed with no order, I saw I had a missed call from an unknown Colorado number 5 minutes before(my phone is wonky and doesn’t always ring, despite not being on silent). I called and sure enough it was Pizza Hut. They not only had no idea why I was calling or no knowledge of calling me, but here I was talking to an incompetent worker who finally put me on the phone with a manager. The manager had learned manners but his tone of voice was never nice. I explained my confusion, and he said that ten minutes before the delivery was scheduled a delivery car did show up but couldn’t get in and aborted mission, therefore our order was voided. I explained that I put a rock out for my building door for the delivery person to enter even before they allegedly tried to get in, and none the less nobody called 40 minutes ago(their story was they called and couldn’t get through). He went on to explain that because our order was voided in the computer that we were screwed as they were no longer taking deliveries due to the snow. I(politely) asked if there was anything he could do as we thought ahead, planned ahead, and didn’t get calls and such. He kept insisting that computers run their world and he couldn’t do anything. I explained that I understood this, as I’ve worked in retails and get what a hassle computers can be with unique situations, but every place I’ve worked puts customer service first and would find a way to manually add us to the rotation as we were inconvenienced through no fault of our own. Then the manager became a broken record, and after a few more loops offered a store credit for half of the amount of what our order was. As I am not a Pizza Hut regular and only order when I’m sick or snowed in, I passed, especially since this did not in any way help with not having access to a working car during a snow storm. There was a way they could have added us back into the rotation, and I’m calling customer service tomorrow to prove that. Either or, the delivery guy sucks and the manager sounds like a teenage prick. If I ever do Pizza Hut again, I will go out of my way to NOT use this location as they always have attitude, never delivery when they say they will, and do not care about their customers.

Waited over an hour for our pizza on a week night. Had to call two times to check on the status. Both times we called we were told conflicting things about our pizza: 1. Should be knocking on our door any minute and call back if it’s not there in 5 minutes. 2. Called back in 5 minutes and told the pizza was dispatched 15 minutes ago. Terrible delivery service. Pizza was totally cold when we got it an hour and 15 mins after delivery.

This location is a dysfunctional mess. The store is poorly managed, with little concern for customer service, accuracy, or quality pizza. It exhibits all the problems that have led to Pizza Hut’s fast decline from weekend sit-down standard to low quality mass produced«Little Ceasar’s» style pizza. I have ordered from this particular location multiple times, always hoping that my last experience was an aberration. Unfortunately, terrible service is the rule. Experiences with this location over the last 6 months include, not having pizza delivered(twice, online and by phone) with«no record of the order,» told they were closed 15 mins before posted closing time, sold out of pan pizza dough, one delivery to wrong address, again cancelled. On my last visit I ordered one $ 10 carryout pizza and when I arrived at the time quoted(35 mins) I found the counter area jammed with 10 – 15 angry customers. Yes, I know, I should have cut my losses and left then, but morbid curiosity can be paralyzing. Comments overheard from those waiting included complaints that they had already been waiting an hour for their orders, and an argument with a delivery driver about an order, and requests to speak with a manager who was not there. Hoping that my pizza was done I gave the cashier my name, was told it would be an additional 15 mins., because they were slammed. After waiting for 30 mins with no word of the missing pizza I checked in with the cashier who then went on a 10 min search through the storage racks and shelves. He returned and told me that my pizza had been lost. He offered to start a new order, but also informed me that they were out of pan dough and would substitute a hand-tossed or thin crust. While I was there the staff told at least 6 other people that their orders had been lost also. I know this experience sounds crazy, and it was, but it is also completely true. After experiencing what could be compared to a combination of black friday at your local Walmart and the mosh pit at an Insane Clown Posse show, it became painfully obvious that the staff at this location had no sort of organization or direction. Numerous order tickets were strewn on the floor, while pizza after pizza was placed in a warmer and on the racks with seemingly no way to identify them(employees repeatedly opened the boxes to see what kind of pizza was in each one). Unlike competitors such as Domino’s, they do not seem to use any labeling to keep pizzas identified, which seems to contribute to the other problems noted. After two of my previous experiences at this location I actually contacted management in hopes of addressing the problems I had, but neither time did I receive a response. This tells me that this franchise simply does not care about customer service. As much as I liked Pizza Hut, with their move to mass produced pick-up fast food, I realize it is now time to move on. Order from this location at your own RISK, just be prepared to microwave some Ramen if your dinner hasn’t arrived within an hour, cause it just ain’t coming.

Wing street is where it’s at! I’ve been a fan of Pizza Hut ever since a wee little lad… and have found my new addiction having discovered Wing Street. A good variety of flavors and styles. Spicy BBQ, Cajun, Honey BBQ, Garlic Parmesan, Mild Buffalo, Super-Duper-Spicy Buffalo, Spicy Asian and you can get them, traditional, crispy, or boneless. Tender meat, with lots of sauce! My wife and I order these at least one Sunday every month and they’re very consistently delicious! The pizzas are hit and miss… I should clarify by saying 98% of the time they’re right on. We’ve gotten one pie that wasn’t the standard that I’m used to. No where near the best pizza I’ve had, they would get a 3 star rating from me. But, for the most parts the pizzas are great, lots of toppings, well covering the pizza real estate and fresh ingredients with the crusts cooked to perfection. Also we’ve tried their newly added menu items: the macaroni and cheese with bacon, lasagna and the tater bites. I would probably give them 2 stars and compare them to a step better than a microwave meal. I know this is a corporate chain, and if it wasn’t for the wings I would’ve tried a lot more pizza joints in the area and wouldn’t be so inclined to order from here… but they’re darn good! Plus you can order online, the website is user friendly and super easy to do.
