On Nov. 6, a group of five of us parked our rented vehicle in the lot of Glenarm St. in anticipation of having lunch and doing some shopping. We carefully scouted the parking kiosk to purchase the appropriate ticket for the remainder of the day. We noted there were options that included half hour rate and All Date rate. We selected the All Day Rate of $ 14, as it was clearly the better value and we would not have to be concerned with returning at a specific time. We pushed the button adjacent to «all day», the ticket printed, we placed it face up on our dash.
We returned 5 hours later to find a ticket on our dash, when I called the Town Park attendant and explained that there was a mistake, she told me that I need to call the Payment Center that she could nothing about it. It was 4:15 on Friday afternoon and there was no answer at the Payment Center.
This feels like a pure case of bait and switch. I was with another when I pushed the button for ALL DAY, and we both assumed it would produce as labeled and not a 1HR, so we would be ticketed with a $ 75 fine for not paying enough! I find this outrageous and a fraudulent practice.

Soul sucking leaches!!! I was in Denver, I parked in their parking lot. I registered my car, signed up with their mobile crap, and paid for an all day pass until 6PM. I came out at 4:30 and their is a ticket on my car for $ 75.00!!! I’ve tried calling… nothing. No one answers! I’ve sent emails, all they do is respond saying I have to pay it. I’ve sent screen shots of the confirmation FROM THEM the day of my parking and they won’t reply. I have my bank statement showing that I paid and have heard nothing from them.
Finally, I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I’m sick of this crap! Next stop is the news station! They are the DEVILS!

This company is terrible. There is no way to contact them by phone. The number provided on the ticket only rings and rings. Finally found an email address and asked for a valid phone number over and over again and they won’t provide one. Their email responses were very unprofessional and demonstrate poor customer service. I won’t be parking in any lot that uses this company again! If you own a parking lot, I would not use this company, you will lose customers.

My son parked in Central Parking lot, paid for his stall # in their system, but returned to find a PPRS violation notice on his windshield. After several unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with PRPS, providing them with parking receipts and credit card records, he finally gave up.
Several months later we received a threatening letter from Bryon Bellerude, scum bag attorney, requiring we pay a $ 64 fine. We, once again, provided him with documentation proving he had paid to park in the lot, had an ‘authorization receipt’ allowing him to park there, and an explanation of our previous failed attempts to resolve this issue. They responded with a form letter indicating they did not accept our documentation and that legal action and/​or delinquent credit reports would be filed if we didn’t pay within 10 days. To avoid any legal /​financial entanglements we reluctantly paid the $ 64 (on top of the $ 24 we’d already paid to park).
After contacting the Central Parking customer service, who agreed we shouldn’t have been in violation, they contacted PRPS and were told they would refund our fine. They don’t seem to comply with their own requirement to pay within 10 days, as we have not been reimbursed for the bogus charges yet.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

I parked in a private lot at a «30 minute visitor parking» space. 7 minutes after I parked, this company, which had obviously no made any attempt to discern how long I had been there, left me a $ 75 fine on my car. They would only respond once with a form email to my request, so I submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau and Secretary of State.
The company has absolutely horrible business practices. I understand that they have an unpopular profession, but they should make an effort to do their job well.
