I work with local Denver nonprofit and we have had fantastic experience with Unique Litho. Their customer service is top notch and we receive endless compliments about the quality of our print pieces. They are super easy to work with and very responsive. I have worked with Kevin since 2011 and Kevin Hopkins Is by far the most dependable print Sales Rep I have ever worked with. Unique Litho’s quality and turn around times have been fantastic.

Run don’t walk away from this business!!! Once you’ve committed to have them do a job for you, good luck. They knew we had a deadline for our piece and they agreed to it so we went with them. Then they dragged their feet giving us a proof and when we pointed out that the return envelope had the address in the wrong location, they waited a day to respond and it was STILL in the wrong location when they sent us the new proof. So we lost another day and then they blamed us for not getting the proof back in time when actually we sent it immediately back every time. After blaming us for their extreme delays they told us that the piece would not go out for several MORE days, that they had other customers in the queue. I suspect that they concocted this little drama to put bigger customers in front of us. Nothing but frustration dealing with these people.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Highly recommend going anywhere else for your printing but here!
