Jill & Greg Svenson – Coldwell Banker

Jill and Greg are the stuff from which dreams are made! Not only did they sell our home in Parker in less than 6 hours, they worked with us to find our new dream home! They were always accessible, patient, educational and so kind! I feel like this was the easiest home selling and buying process ever! Not only did we find our dream home, we found new friends!

Jill and Greg are AWESOME. I am dreading our move to Denver from Reno, like kicking and screaming like a defiant toddler. They picked us up at our hotel, and we hit it off immediately. We had an amazingly fun day of visiting the properties we had chosen, and some they had chosen for us, based on our preferences. They are knowledgeable about the market, well-​versed in spotting the things wrong with properties, coached us through the basics of what would re-​sale in the area, and they are just plain fun to be around.
We spent about 7 hours Thursday traipsing through the suburbs of northern Denver, lots of humor involved when there were a few mishaps and wrong turns. We ended up choosing a home that «found» us, after viewing one in the neighborhood that was really not that nice. By dinner, we had decided that was the one. Jill and Greg took us back to the house the next day to meet with the sales agent. They walked us through everything. They advocated for us with the seller, and made sure we understood all the paperwork, again, humor all along the way.
I feel like they are dear friends now, and they definitely made me more comfortable about moving to the area. I highly recommend Jill and Greg. They are professional, know their stuff, and if you’re going to spend hours shopping for a house, this is the couple to take along with you!
