Health Images at Cherry Hills

The positive: Scheduling, being brought in for the MRI right away, and the staff. 5 star. Very good experiences (yes, multiple). They offer a cash price which is much below the insurance price. I have a 6K deductible, so that worked for me.
The negative: Billing (no stars if it was possible)
— While I did pay at the time of service, I did receive an invoice for services later on. I called and they had to go through multiple people (and multiple phone calls with me) to get it straighten out.
— For the second visit, I had to go through the first invoicing step. Even after it was straitened out, I received a «Final Notice» threatening to send my «past due» amount to a collection agency. They also mentioned how this may affect our credit rating. Incredible. Going to fight this one now.
In all instances I paid at the time of service. So I gave a two star rating here due to constant billing issues and will probably look elsewhere, unfortunately.

Was surprised and happy that they have late appointments. Place is easy to find and clean inside. MRI was quick and everyone there was pleasant. Not that I plan to make this place a common establishment of mine, but if I did I would come back here with no issues.

On our 1^st visit here as a new patient we were in & out within 35 minutes. Comfortable waiting area with tv, coffee & soda options, & assorted snacks & fresh cookies. The exam room was comfortably warm– important when you need to undress. Their pricing was more than fair. We self paid due to no insurance & it was a very reasonable $ 150. Other imaging places I called wanted nearly $ 400 for the same procedure.

Nice facility. Staff are very customer focused — proactive, friendly, supportive, happy to answer any questions.
Facility is clean & bright. Equipment is top-​notch.
If you have to do MRI’s, this is the place I’d go to.
