Personally love this chick-​fil-​a! I’ve been to the one by Colorado mills multiple times and I always get mediocre service and feel rushed. At the riverpoint location I always feel welcome and get my order fast and friendly! I never feel rushed or just feel like «another costumer». I come maybe once a week for my lunch break and am never disappointed!

This Chik-​Fil-​A has has the most grind list employees EVER! I saw the long drive-​they so I just walked in. I dunno, I was just in the mood for a chicken sandwich and waffle fries — so I ordered that but my order took longer than normal so they offered me a FREE strawberry milkshake. Omigawd! That was so nice of them!

I love me some Chick-​fil-​A!!! i’m disabled, so convenient food really helps me out sometimes. I’d say I’ve gotten CFA at least once a week for the last decade or so. Pleasant staff with consistent, quality food that may not be super healthy, but for the price and convenience, to me, is worth it.
However, i’ve had several issues with this particular location. It’s the closest to my house, so that’s where i’ve gone. While consistent, it is a staunch contrast to my experiences at other locations. I’d say my order is wrong or food is cold by the time i get to my house (2 miles away), at least half the time. But man, I love CFA so much, i took the good with the bad. My last visit however was the last straw. Only thing i ate that day, and got crazy food poisoning and was throwing up the next day and a half.
Fortunately there are several other locations (albeit farther away), where i can get my CFA fix

Always a hit on the lunch break. Crazy that they have the cheese sauce at this location and not the other ones. It should be at all locations!

This chickfila has the best staff. Very fast and friendly. I go in and I am out of there in ten minutes. Great food! Thank you!

I came to this chick-​fil-​a for lunch today and the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. It took a total of 7 minutes to get through the line. Very efficient!!!

Good chicken sandwich, but that is really all of their locations as a whole.
Staff is sickeningly nice and polite, which is rare in the service industry, let alone fast food.
The location kind of sucks: it is next to a CostCo, sharing the same entrances, and it is often a mess to get in and out quickly.

I’ve been to this location multiple times and the service is consistently amazing.
To a point where their positive and nice attitudes make me feel uncomfortable.
The food is always fresh and hot. The waffle fries always come out crispy. And if you ask nicely, they’ll hook you up with a bunch of that Chick-​fil-​A sauce!
Yeah, the wait in the drive through can be long at times, but well worth it when you take that first sip of lemonade and bite through a moist and tender original chicken sandwich.

This location at river point is always busy during lunch. They have staff outside taking orders from the long lunch rush, inside well the line is out the door but they move the line extremely fast. The place is clean. (not kid play area) but with a ton of little kids in playing what can you expect. Staff is always friendly always cleaning tables and always asking if there’s anything you need refills, more food anything.

Just came here on lunch .The line for drive through was super long wrapped around to the road. They had staff outside in the 95degree heat taking orders from cars 20^th in line .They moved the line along fast .The inside was crazy busy also probably busiest chick fil a ive seen but they are super organized and fast at everything here ! Although they are rushed food came out hot and Nicely made not thrown together (definitely recommend this one) and try there new peach smoothy its killer.

Everyone loves Chic-​Fil-​A! This location is no different. I wills saying however this place is CRAZY busy during the lunch and dinner rushes. The food is consistently good and the family always looks forward to going CFA.

Excellent fast food. Always friendly and fast service. My only gripe is when picking up a larger order, they need to add straws and sauces in advance of pickup.

This is our go to fast food restaurant. The kids love it service it’s fast and it feels healthier than other options. They have a small playground for the kids.

They just made my sons whole world better. We showed up 20 min after breakfast and all he wanted was mini chicken sandwiches. Of course it was too late and his heart was broken. We left to head to get him another favorite to make up for it when the ran out to our car and told us the manager would make them special for him. The young man at the cash register told me he just couldn’t handle what my sons face did to his heart. They really made our day!!! Thank you so much!

This place is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good and when we went there were no bully kids in the play area. All around good experience.

Not bad, just a little more a of an old KFC touch, not as big a hipe as people make this place out to be. I enjoyed the complimentary lunch though.

I will take my usual delicious chicken sandwich and milkshake without the side order of politics, thank you. Chik-​Fil-​A can be a polarizing restaurant for its views, but damn if I don’t just want to eat here whenever I am within a few miles.
The staff at this particular location is always friendly. They will go out of their way to do whatever they can to make your dining experience easy. One time, my daughter even got to meet one of the famous Chik-​Fil-​A cows here. Some people will say, «It’s fast food. How can you give it four stars?» Well, A.) I like this particular fast food, and think it is above average for the industry. B.) The service is also well above the norm you get in a typical fast food environment.
I want to go to there. (It’s a 30 Rock reference, not poor grammar).

2 stars for the service…“Am I interrupting your day?”
4 stars for the chicken salad sandwich on toasted bread. It was really good.
Now, «Get your staff up to the task, please.»
