Had the most PERFECT proportioned burrito the other day and my hubby’s bowl was exactly the same… didn’t know the employee but she got her scoops on point!

Entire staff is literally staring at us saying they are not open at 5 minutes to 11. Watching the staff eat and stand there while people are walking out. Pretty bad. I am always accustom to great service at chipotle. Guess it’s a different story out here in englewood.

Went here starving for lunch today. The dumb ass lady literally scooped the smallest baby amount of chicken I have ever seen. I looked her straight into the eyes and said, are you kidding me? She didn’t get what I was talking about; I had her finish making the burrito with as many toppings as It could fit. When she was done, I walked out, before even paying. I told them I refuse to pay for a burrito that has less chicken than my 4 year old nephew could eat.

Chipotle is a healthy quick option and as such is my favorite fast food restaurant and I go often. This location is the closest to my house so I frequent it and today the woman at the register bought my lunch. Said that I come often and that it was on her today. It is so nice for her to be able to do that for me and really made my day. Thank you to the manager of this location for the free lunch and all of the staff for recognizing me!

This location is by far the closest to my house. So, out of desperation and necessity, I’ve been back more than once since I wrote this review.
I would now give them 2.5 stars if I could. Most of my subsequent experiences have been more typical for a Chipotle. The few exceptions have usually been with my kids’ quesadillas. They seem to have a more difficult than average time of remembering they’re cooking in time to prevent hard tortillas.
For the most part I think my first really bad experience was on a bad night for them, or something. Though, I would still say that compared with the other Chipotles I’ve frequented, this location is less reliable and consistent.

Their Veggie Bowl is BOMB! And you cannot tell me that their chips with that hint of lime and guacamole are not on another level. I think they are better than their competitor but at the same time it is fast-​ish Mexican food. I try not to support fast food chains but I have to always give a thumbs up to Chipotle as a company. They hold their employees and suppliers to very high standards and don’t allow their animals to be mistreated like many fast food chains. For this I will support Chipotle!

Went for lunch today and not too terribly impressed. Got a chicken rito and it is par… nothing amazing. I asked for hot salsa and the guy put on like four drops as if my little white girl self could not handle it… I like it hot!
I have had «heartier» scoops at different locations before… This was one was skimpy.
The cashier was not pleasant. I did not leave with a smile…
But I am eating and for that I am grateful.

Chipotle and Qdoba are approx three blocks apart in this neck of the woods. Why I choose Chipotle over Qdoba…
1) Naturally raised meat = no after meal film that coats my tongue
2) Better guac (a little more spendy but worth the splurge)
3) Even better chips (mmmm lime salt)
4) Free sodies for students (woot!)
5) when I’m sick of salads they now offer soft corn tortillas for tacos
Since mango salsa was a seasonal item at Q, there’s really no reason in my mind. I wonder if there’s a reason why they need a points system to lure people in. *scratches head*
Specifically, this location is well sized, has smiley workers that haven’t screwed up an order yet, and clean.

Consistently good food, with consistently fast service. Yep, the burritos are way bigger than can be eaten decently in public, but who cares! Relax and stuff your face, unbutton your pants if you want to eat it all at one time. If not, the leftovers are great later on. I like the fact that these guys insisted on using «natural» meats. What does this mean? They say
«Our naturally raised meats are free of antibiotics and added growth hormones, fed a vegetarian diet and humanely raised.»
And yet, the prices somehow are still reasonable. Don’t know about the other locations, but this one always serves fresh ingredients-​I suppose it’s so popular that nothing even has time to get old. Hot tip of the day-​the chicken and beef are a bit spicy, especially for young ones. You can order them a cheese quesadilla-​even though it’s not on the menu.
