Awful. Rude nail tech who rolled her eyes at a request I made. I finally asked for the manager to finish my manicure. I will not return!

I came in for a new set of pink and white full set of nails. Most places remove old nails with acetone soak. The tech who did my nails used his own nail, cuticle clippers and a fake tip to remove my old nails.

I would not recommend this place at all. I am new to the area and found this place nearby and thought I would try it. Very disappointed. I had called ahead to make an appointment for a gel mani/​pedi, and the woman was polite on the phone and said they would have someone ready for me. When I arrived there was only one other woman there who was also getting a mani/​pedi. As I walked to my pedicure chair, there was about an inch sized dead bug on the floor, which should have been the sign I needed to get out of there. My nails were started while in the pedicure chair and it was done very poorly and rushed. Like I said there was only two of us in there so there was no need to rush. My nails were filed crooked and too short after I asked her not to file them low. My nails were not cleaned and are still not even after the finished the polish. The woman doing my pedicure moved me to a chair in the front where she sat on the floor to do my pedicure and the floor was not clean. Very disappointed in the service and I will not be returning.

Best pedicure ever!!! Got my feet so smooth. Never have felt them this smooth. Ladies were nice and place very clean. Will be back.

Had a bad experience today. I have gone to this place one other time because of the great reviews. The first time was good. This time, they have raised their prices so a gel manicure is $ 25. She rushed through my nails, and when I asked about a messed up nail, she didn’t fix it. She also left some of my old HOT PINK nail polish on so you could see it through my Manicure. When these things were pointed out, she was Very rude. Not good customer service. And much like other salons, be prepared to be oversold. They will ask if you want waxes, pedicures and everything else under the sun. Not a great feeling. Nice people but not great customer service.

Staff took their time and did a great job. This was one of the first times I’ve had a nail tech actually ask my name and remember it. Prices are average for area nail salons, $ 25 for a deluxe pedicure that included callus removal and a sea salt scrub. I also did a French shellac and that ran about $ 25. I would definitely go to this place again.

I left a review for the last location but since it didn’t carry over, I wanted to make sure they got proper props!
I adore the staff here! I have never found another nail salon where the color lasts as long as it does with service from here. The shopping center it is in isn’t that nice looking but the service is way better than the outward appearance and their store is always clean and comfortable. The previous location was much closer for me, but I am willing to make the drive b/​c they do such a good job! They also have several options on their pedicures now so you can really pamper yourself or get the basics.
