I had a disaster of a customer service experience. But I have also had pretty medium service there. I am being fair by giving them in the middle. I found out I really like the brand Lands End. Comfortable clothes that last more than one washing. I did a lot of shopping there this Christmas. Usually I shop at Kohls but I have found there clothes tend to not last. I don’t like buying the same thing year after year. I like Kohls discount, but I found Lands Ends items to be pretty nice. Also, since it is that time of years, I have been looking for gift cards. They don’t just have sears. So you can get restaurants gift card, while you are shopping here. This store is easier to get to than Holyoke. It just doesn’t have a lot of items.

The worst sears store. If you can avoid it please do. I had a question about something and it seemed like I was chasing the employees around the store! They were busy avoiding customers. It’s too bad this once elite store franchise has gone to the wayside. I don’t want to even give this place a star but it won’t allow me to post so there 1*!!

All I can say is do not buy from Sears. I bought a treadmill recently and it has been one disaster after another. The treadmill started making loud noises about a week after I bought it. It took three weeks to schedule a technician to come out to look at it and even then Sears didn’t call to tell me when they were coming out. Now I have to wait another two weeks for another appointment. The delivery service trashed my house — the new woodwork in the hallway, the newly refinished hard wood floor and also ripped the new equipment mat. Customer service hasn’t been accommodating at all. I have to take time off from work to meet the technician and to get quotes for all the damage. What is Sears doing for me? NOTHING!!!
