Just visited the movies. The theater was ok, but the rest room was extremely dirty. Someone flushed a toilet and the waste sprayed up from a floor drain in the middle of the floor. Lots of shocked patrons. Had to literally jump over the puddle it left. Yikes!

I’ve been going to this theatre for years. Decades even. Ever since I was a little kid, I have been going here. That’s not a good thing, mind you. Well, it would be if they updated the place, but like the mall itself, it seems to be slowly dying. Sad too because I once saw some epic films here. But now it’s old and it’s not nearly as nice as some of the other theatres in the area(although it charges the same amount) and it’s just not as much fun to sit in any more. It was once. It used to be great. But so did the mall. And times change.

Bought my ticket at the kiosk. Went to the concession stand the teenager was openly on her cell phone and was very rude and quick with responses. There was nobody to take my ticket stub, which basically meant that I wasted money purchasing a ticket as I could have gotten in for free since no one was taking tickets, found the theater number on my own and walked in. The theater smells like a basement or a wet towel. It was 90 degrees outside and the AC wasn’t on either. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you can get in for free, which will be pretty easy.

I have been here a few times. It’s really expensive for a theatre that just looks yucky. I will go there again, because its close to my house. The theatre really needs to be updated. If it wasn’t so expensive, I wouldn’t care. The prices do not match the experience. The seats are ok. Its just so outdated.

went to see 22 Jump Street. When I requested the tickets, I was told that the showing had been canceled due to a problem with the projector. As an apology for the inconvenience, my husband and I could choose any other movie and see it for free. I was very impressed with the level of service, and that this offer was made without my even having to complain. As always, service at concession counter was friendly and efficient. Only negative was the movie we chose absolutely freakin sucked! save your time and money, do NOT bother seeing«Lucy». interesting idea, exceptionally poor execution.

Shocked to find it tough to review! Let’s go Pro/Con, and being a glass half full person, we’ll start with pro: Generally not to crowded Concessions are pretty good. You don’t have a lot of people standing around(employees) when there is a line(unlike Eastfield!). Employees are generally solid. Plenty of digital theaters(they may all be at this point). So really, good(solid) seats, solid screens = a «normal» viewing experience(it’s no iMAX thought). Cons: A couple of the screens have rips in them that are near the center, and once you notice them it’s hard to look away! Bathrooms are a little dirty, waste bin overflowing often. And of course, concession prices are ridiculous. Seats are standard, but I’ve come to appreciate the«reclining» seats I’ve found in new theaters. But back to the concessions. The prices are so crazy, I don’t know why anyone would buy candy there! Prices are more than DOUBLE normal candy prices. I’d LOVE to see a study where a theater lowered their candy prices to maybe normal retail + 10% and see if overall profit on candy sales increased. I know its a pipe dream, but would 100% support it
