Dunkin’ Donuts

Whether it’s the cashier closing the drawer without giving customers change, or the cashier entering the wrong item when I clearly ordered something else… Or the terribly inconsistent, overly-​sweetened coffee, this Dunkin sucks. As do most Dunkin’s.

Lisa is great. This morning I went to Dunkin Donuts. I have an alergy, and she helped me with ingredients. She was very friendly and kind. Thanks to her I had a pleasant experience.

I am a huge Dunks fan and am rarely compelled to write a Unilocal review, unless I am a regular and the service is exceptionally good or exceptionally poor. Unfortunately, I must echo the sentiments of the other reviewers and agree that this location has poor service. The drive-​thru line is usually extremely long and slow. Most recently, I came here with a friend on a weekend afternoon (not exactly peak hours for coffee) and chose to go inside because the drive-​thru line was ridiculous.
My drink was fine, but they seemed to forget about my friend’s drink and after standing around for 10 minutes, we finally got their attention to remind them. Also, I ordered an egg and cheese wakeup wrap and it looked like the picture. Blah. This DD location really needs to up their game in the customer service department.

I never, ever, ever, ever imagined reviewing a D & D. I felt compelled to for two reasons that are annoying and consistent– 1.) Never get any napkins in your bag. You always have to ask, ALWAYS. 2.) The drive thru is super, super slow. The location is terrible… can’t blame them. You can only get 3 cars in the drive thru before it curves into the Shop Rite Plaza and intersection creating a massive traffic cluck!
I only order a bagel when I am in dire straits for something to eat. A bagel deserves a a napkin to accompany the bag, right? Every freaking time I have to ask! Then I get the snot look from drive thru employee. Ahh really?! hahahhaha!
I had to write this review. Its a expected joke every time I go. Its amusing. I rarely ever post such negative reviews and rant. but this is something I feel is worth a mention. Some establishments provide great service consistently, others… well. don’t provide a napkin! :)

Dunkies is Dunkies.
One thing to note: this place is particularly busy in the mornings. The line usually reaches up to the road next to the Dunkin Donuts, and out. So be prepared to wait awhile.
Otherwise, you’ll be fine.
