I love Coffee Bean because unlike Starbucks, they do not burn their coffee beans! My favorite drink is just a black coffee. Coffee Bean’s is always smooth and rich in flavor. This location has a great atmosphere where you can sit, relax, and enjoy your cup of coffee.

I really like this particular location a lot. It’s a corner that isn’t insanely busy, their layout is one long rectangle with entrances in the front and back, which is awesome for waiting in line and waiting for drinks, there’s a good amount of seating inside and out, and there’s parking in the back. The service is usually really good, except for the occasional worker who doesn’t communicate with others so you end up waiting 7 minutes for your drink when you’re only one of two people in the store.

Sweet staff improvement! My drink has always been on point, I definitely recommend trying their winter dream tea latte also !

Finally coffee that taste like quality coffee!!! I am currently a college student plus I work gray yard at a medical facility so, drinking coffee is sometimes the only thing that keeps me
awake and sane through my day. Sadly I live closer to a starbucks then I do to here but, I still DO NOT CARE Starbucks coffee is so nasty, it taste like pure water with a little bit of caffeine thrown in there YUCK! Very friendly staff and extremely helpful! There are two guys that work the night shift (I get there around 9pm) that are always extremely helpful, funny, and very friendly! They never have a frown on or an upset tone in their voice, they have such amazing customer service! (They are the reasoning behind the 5 stars) Every time I go there they never fail to amaze me. They always do a fine well job on their coffees and teas. Overall, I love this place and I always bring or recommend friends here! One of the best coffee beans in the valley!

Why can’t every coffee shop learn from Coffee Bean’s lead? 5 stars dedicated solely to the open mic nights that take place on the lovely heated patio every Thursday at 7pm. Singers, comedians, and other talents can be watched by an intimate crowd as you sip on your favorite C.B. beverage and enjoy the evening. There’s nothing I’d rather do on a Thursday night.

Wish she drank a free coffees before her shift. Truly moody to most of the young females at this time. Not to mention she’s just taking orders.

Coffee Bean needs to catch up to Starbucks and Coral Tree. $ 1 for a Coffee Refill? Why come here when it’s Free Refills at Starbucks and Coral Tree?

I am soo mad that I didn’t get the name of the barista that helped my sisters and I. She had long hair which was red/​orange? Very nice girl. She helped us decide what to get and did not try to rush us at all. She also changed both my sisters and my drinks because we didn’t like the taste. Parking was great. Overall, great experience.

I want to like you, CBTL. I REALLY do. You are local, you have a great tea selection, and your daily brew isn’t half bad. But my masochism is too lazy to walk across the street to the Starbucks where ALL of the drinks aren’t half bad and the staff is always friendly.
— When you ask me if I want room for milk, and I say no, please don’t fill the cup to the brim w/​scorching liquid so it leaks onto my hand from underneath the lid AND outside the drinking hole (I’ve learned my lesson — don’t walk anywhere for at least 20 minutes until the coffee cools and drink enough of it so it doesn’t splop out).
— Don’t get mad when I ask for something that doesn’t come in a powder form (I’ve learned my lesson — I won’t order anything remotely resembling a latte unless I’m feeling a Maxwell House International-​tasting concoction and don’t want to control the sugar content).
— Trade places with the Starbucks across the street (I’ve learned my lesson — it pays to not be lazy and just cross over like a big kid).
You have so much competition, CB. You gotta keep up.

Went in on a Wednesday morning at 8 am to study, stayed for 40 minutes and went out to my car in the back parking lot only to find that someone shattered my passenger window and broke into my car — stealing my backpack with all my valuables.
You can say it was a terrible morning at coffee bean.

Hooray! Of all my check-​ins, I’m the Duchess of CBTL. Lol.
My go to drinks are: Jasmine Dragon, Tropical Passion, or Pomegranate Blueberry tea latte, Dark chocolate latte, Iced hazelnut latte, or their tea lemonades.
I also love the fact that they do occasional open houses when they’re introducing new drinks or serving seasonal drinks, so drinks are cheaper.
They always ask if it’s for here or to go; say to go to avoid the tax.
Service is always very friendly and parking is in their private lot of metered on the street.

I come here once a week, always at the same time of day, which is the only regular time I am in the area. I was amazed when the staff just recently started calling me by name when I walked in, and began predicting my order!
I can’t imagine how many people this location serves every day (or week), and how many other regulars there are, but that little extra effort and caring is very much appreciated. I can’t help but smile when I’m served, especially as everyone here seems to genuinely enjoy what they do.
I have nothing but good things to say about this business and it’s awesome employees! Can I give 6 stars?

I went into this coffee bean since it was the closest to me. I liked the fact that it wasn’t busy during the night time making it a quite and relaxing atmosphere. Only thing I didn’t like is how small this location was compared to the one in Reseda and Corbin.
I was in the mood for something cold and sweet! They recommended me the bloody orange iced tea, but once I tasted it I didn’t like it. I felt bad telling them I didn’t like it but they were polite and nice about it and made me a new drink. The tropical passion iced tea, & it was much better!
Friendly service, nice employees, relaxing quite ambiance.

Stopped by here and ordered coffee and a piece of coffee cake.
Well, I was at a coffee shop and I was expecting to get a fresh gourmet coffee with rich taste but the coffee tasted watery and weak; I barely could drink.
On top of that, the coffee cake was dry and flavorless; but they were nice enough to change my order. They barely had pastries, it seemed they ran out of pastries on a rainy day. Anyway, I got a piece of cranberry breakfast bar, which it tasted better than coffee cake.
Unfortunately this coffee shop is very disappointing!

Eh. I come here a lot because I work nearby.
They have a hard time filling orders correctly. For example I posted a picture of today’s order: soy café au lait with no foam. As you can see there is almost an inch of foam and so little milk that it looks like black coffee. Actually there was a bunch of curdled milk at the bottom.
It’s always something here. If they do honor a no-​foam request they usually fill the cup to the edge so that when you take your first sip it leaks out before you can get the cup to your mouth.
Being a barista is not about pouring coffee. There are standards and it takes skill to make a proper drink. This location makes me feel like I’m at McDonald’s.
One last comment– In general this location is clean inside and out (unlike the dank Starbucks across the street), but there are always smokers in the non-​smoking outdoor seating area. Bummer.

I like CBTL but I just wish they had a frequent customer program or something. The Wifi is now free and much faster than Starbucks. I think sometimea they have more customers who have migrated over from Starbucks just for the Wifi.
I wish they had a bit more plugs or something so I can use my laptop. Thereseema to be a shortage of it here.
Service is great just the parking is a bit hard to find but I like it here.
