Great service and cleaning! Gets out tough stains and my clothes are as good as new. Other cleaners have returned my clothes with marks and shrunk. Not here. Regal also gives discounts to loyal customers. I spend a lot of money in my clothes and I feel safe leaving them here and my bill does not break the bank.

Great cleaners, friendly staff. Never had a problem. I guess it could be more reasonable but if you use their online coupons or advertised coupons, it’s fine. Just have to remember to bring one! Very convenient and that’s key.

I had been going to Scott’s for 6 years, twice a month. I didnt mind paying higher prices because the quality of their cleaning and their customer service were both excellent They replaced their entire staff a few months ago and its a completely different place. Their customer service has gone down the toilet. It’s shocking, actually. They lost my husbands expensive shirt and won’t take responsibility. They won’t clean things in 24 hours anymore. And the last two times we picked up our clothes, one item «wasn’t ready yet». But worse of all, all this is reported by employees who are slow and couldn’t care less about the customers.
Looking for someplace new.

I have been using Scott Regal Cleaners for over 10 years. Since the entire staff has been replaced in the last couple of months the quality has gone down. Not only have I had to have my cleaning and pressing redone, the new staff is very rude. They also double charged me and will do nothing about it. I have asked to speak to the manager. I was told by one employee that he will be there in the afternoon. I came back, he wasn’t there, and another employee told me he never comes in. I will now be looking for a new cleaners in Encino.

I have never had anything dry cleaned here, but I heard they are great. My post is that I was shocked to learn that they charge $ 8.10 to dry clean a dress shirt. Is it me or is that insanely expensive?
I asked the gentleman at the front, «are you sure thats what it costs to dry clean 1 dress shirt??». His reply, «expensive, I know. Its bc of the area».
What, the valley? Or bc you’re next door to a Radio Shack? Or is it the Car Wash? Come on, thats just insane.

They really came through for us when our son’s plane reservation got pushed up one day earlier and the pants he needed to take overseas were not scheduled to be picked up yet. Luis and his team found the pants and got them cleaned and ready in just a few hours so that our son could take them to Israel with him. These folks really came through for us!
