I called for a 90 minutes massage and was told to come in. I arrived 10 minutes later and asked to pay before the massage in cash and that their debit machine didn’t work. I went to Citibank across the street and gave them cash. The massage was going well. The lady was very nice and capable but within the hour mark, she said they have another customer and asked if I can wait so I told her no. I asked for some money back because I paid 90 dollars and only receive an hour massage. She was shocked that I was asking for money back. I only asked for $ 10.00 back so she can keep $ 20 as her tip (which I think is very generous given the situation.) Needless to say, she still gave me an attitude. How very disappointing! I was even thinking initially that I can make this place as my regular massage place but I changed my mind. No wonder there’s only one review on Unilocal and it was only a one star. I should have checked Unilocal first!

I don’t appreciate places that «open until 9:30» but in fact close whenever they feel like it. I got there at 8:10 and walked in only to find an employee shaking her head at me saying «closed». The «Open» sign was lit and everything. No apology, no explanation. No thanks.
