Messed up my whole order after I clearly repeated myself twice on what I wanted on the phone. When I called back to complain everyone that worked there seemed like they had no idea what they are doing. The night manager could not refund me my money because the other manager was not there. That makes no sense. I am allergic to broccoli and some how broccoli, red bell tomatoes, mushroom got into my meal when it should only be «noodles, basil, feta cheese, onions, tomato and spinach». I finally received a full refund and a free meal. So when I went to place my order for the«free meal» I ordered the same dish and they MESSED it up AGAIN! I will never go back.

Staff is always friendly whether it’s busy or slow! The food is so delicious and taste the same each time! Consistency is key! Spicy chicken Cesar, chicken noodle soup, potstickers and the Med Salad with Chicken are my go to!

I rarely pay for noodles because typically it’s overpriced flour and water and not cooked well. Wow, here I found there is great service, very i l tasty pasta(I had the Alfredo), at a reasonable price(6 dollars for a large bowl of pasta). What was now impressive was the quality of the pasta and the freshness of the vegetables in the pasta dish, and the quality of the cheese, too. I’m impressed.

Pretty typical Americanize Asian food. Super fast service and the food came out very quickly. Definitely a great place to stop by for a bite to eat. First time stopped by here, stayed at the nearby hotel and just need a quick meal for cheap.

I used to come here all the time and religiously got the penne rosa with parmesan crusted chicken. I recently returned home from college, and was disappointed when I received my usual order. The sauce had almost no flavor at all, and bore no resemblance to the spices and flavor that are typical of penne rosa. I just today returned, hoping that it was just a fluke the other night. Yes, it was better than what I got the other night, but it was still sub par compared to what Noodles and Company used to offer.

Awesome customer service!!! They were really nice helping my mother with her gluten allergy. She couldn’t make up her mind and they comped her a little pesto. It was Delish!!!

The Phad Thai was dry and barely had any taste, the vegetables were a very odd choice– steamed carrot chunks, purple cabbage that made it unappetizing. I can make much better phad Thai than they even try to attempt. I hope the rest of their food is better than what I had. I won’t be back.

Great place for a quick bite to eat. Went for lunch and was greeted right away and even walked up to us looking at the menu on the wall and asked if we had any questions about the menu. I ordered the Thai Curry Soup and added Tofu. My friend ordered the macaroni and cheese. This was my friends second time visiting and my first. Served hot and it was both delicious, the soup had just a very slight hint of spicy and was very good. Great service, food good, great prices, and place clean.

I’m always amazed by the healthy fast food options in California. Service here was really excellent. Ordered the new buff bowl with tofu and it makes eating your veggies enjoyable! Store was really clean also. Free wifi, good music and healthy delicious food served fast!

If there is any option to give negative rating I would have given this store that. I paid for food with chicken each item was $ 9.05 $ 2.59 for chicken. But they did not put any chicken on my food. I made it for to go. Anyway Bad service

The menu was a tad confusing. It said 5.99 for a regular and 4.99(around there) and then I ordered 2 plates and it was 18.59? They said that each individual plate was different priced… which was not stated on the menu… so I wad excited about a cheap meal turning into 20 $ meals. I had the pad Thai… it was good. And my daughter had the Alfredo. …a little dry but she liked it. Everyone was super nice… it’s 50⁄50 if we’ll come here again.

Service is exceptional, they really want to make your experience wonderful! Great prices(without meat). Note if you like a mushroom dish to order the roasted garlic ones that are pre-cooked otherwise they will be pretty raw if ordered regular. Oh and good music choices to enjoy with your meal.

A chain restaurant so you know what to expect here. Nothing special and definitely no pasta here is a healthy meal… But oh well if you don’t feel like cooking I like the pene rosa and the pesto cavatapi. The staff is nice and the place is kept clean.

I LOVE Noods. I mean, all noods. Asian noods. Indian noods. Italian noods. I’m totally nondiscriminatory when it comes to noods. Needless to say, this place is paradise to me. All the noods my little heart desires!!! I’m a big fan of… well everything that I’ve had here, but in particular the Japanese Pan Noods are my favorite if I’m forced to pick. Excellent with a little siracha on top. The service is very friendly. It’s not fast food fast, but fast enough. It’s conveiently located next to Yogurtland. in case you want dessert.

My girlfriend and I are currently without a kitchen as the construction company hired to renovate our condo decided to tear off our roof before a major storm and dumped rain water over 64 units in our complex. As we sit in our hotel room with our home being uninhabitable for our 9 month old son(our pediatrician tells us moist carpet coated in outside wash filled with tree trimmings, mud, insulation fibers, and bird droppings is a bad thing), we quickly grow tired of greasy fast food night after night and decide to try a few restaurants we haven’t tried in our area. I’ve seen this place many times, never had much of an inkling to eat here, but my girlfriend had been poking for us to try. Nice enough place on the inside, with a good concept. I had Bangkok Curry with spiced pork. It was tossed in a sweet, coconut sauce, only lightly spicy, with a ton of fresh vegetables and, in my opinion, not enough noodles. It wasn’t bad, though slightly underwhelming; probably the biggest problem being not a large enough portion, especially for the price. My girlfriend opted for the simple spaghetti and meatballs. Sad to admit, but this one was simply pathetic. When making such a dish, any restaurant should strive for making it better than most people can make at home. Even the busiest of families can come together for a night of jarred sauce and boxed noodles, enjoying the food and company. So, if one orders it outside the kitchen, it should be either a pleasant reminder of that familial past, or a firm argument in favor of why we go out to eat. Her dinner consisted of regular, everyday spaghetti, flavorless tomato sauce, and frozen, reheated meatballs out of a large plastic bag. Some of you may not recognize that previously frozen texture when you taste it. Its rubbery with a dryness to the skin and that juicy pop that happens when you bite through the exterior. Sometimes salt can help you ignore it, but more often than not its very distracting and exceedingly off putting. At the very least, I think Noodles and Company sprang for the Costco brand meatballs. We got my son a small portion of the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese as they don’t have any kid sized items on the menu. They told us it was very creamy and perfect for an infant with mostly gums to chew with. What came to our table was very chewy, and only lightly tossed in a very mild cheese sauce with a few sprinkles of cheddar on top. Now, I do applaud their use of light sauce. Many pasta dishes can be ruined by smothering it in cream and cheese. But if you do that, you should also have a sauce that’s flavorful without the need of anything too heavy. I’m not sure anyone in Wisconsin would claim this dish for their home state. And this lightly bland cheese sauce coated overly chewy noodles, without having an enjoyable, baked crispiness to them. To top it all off, they have one of those coke machines that has multi-flavored syrups to mix into 20 different drinks to give 100+ options that all taste like crap because it comes out of one spigot that never gets rinsed or cleaned. God, I hate those fucking machines. So, yeah … very underwhelming, and overpriced. That spaghetti was $ 8, for that much, you can buy a whole bag of frozen meatballs and a box of noodles to go with it for a family of six. I’m not expecting better than Batali, but I am expecting better than Olive Garden. I recommend this place if you’re in the neighborhood and don’t mind a mildly subpar thai, but stay away from the Italian at all costs.

When I am feeling naughty and craving lots of carbs Noodles & Company is always on my mind. I like this place. Yes, its just noodles, pasta and such but it usually hits the spot and you can wash it down with a soda, iced tea or even a cold beer. You order at the counter and then they bring your fresh cooked pasta/noodle dish to you. It’s very efficient. if you are vegetarian than you can enjoy your pasta/noodle dish as is. If you are a meat eater, then you can beat your chest and order it with various meats such as chicken, parmesan crusted chicken, pork, etc. The atmosphere is casual, comfortable and warm making Noodles a great lunch time spot or ideal for a casual dinner.

Who knew that a franchised restaurant could have such a diverse menu? Noodles from around the globe including: Italian, Duh. they have a bunch of Italian flavors. Thai, yes with lots of veggies too. Wisconsin cheese, you bet. Indonesian, uh hugh French, Truffle Mac — this sounds decadent. American, Steak stroganoff… and for the kids: Buttered noodles. it is going to take me a while to work through this menu. I started with Pad Thai and will go for the Indonesian Peanut Sauté next. Ride a noodle around the culinary universe.
