I was very upset because I am on fraud alert. Javier cleaned my laptop. He is amazing and I was very lucky to find him online, and to have the great results. He is straight and extremely knowledgeable, together with being a very nice person.

Boy, thank heavens for these guys especially Javier who is brilliant and so great with his expertise and customer service. The price was right and his patience with me the computer dummy was really appreciated.

Sam, beside being technically knowledgeable, is a great businessman. The store is nicely decorated and well presented. The check in/​close out system is electronic and emailed to your email address. He is as NICE as what other reviewers commented, which was how I chose his store. He fixed the broken hinge on my laptop free of charge, so I offered my service to return the favor should he need in the future replying to the close out ticket.
This is definitely where I would go to for all future computer repairs.

I WANT TO GIVE A BIG 5-​STAR + RATING TO THE GUYS AT PC REPAIR CENTER!
I lost visibility on my laptop screen last night (suddenly became very, very dim) and also could not get email or log onto the internet.
I took my laptop in first thing this morning and within 30 minutes Joe and Sami evaluated the problem and repaired my screen to full brightness by uninstalling the current HD driver and reinstalling the previous old one… worked like a charm. I also discovered I had somehow gotten into the Airplane Mode without realizing it and that accounted for the loss of email and internet access.
Two months ago I had the same sudden low screen light problem appear and ended up taking the laptop to a different PC repair place (Laptops & Beyond) where they kept the PC for three days and also said I needed a whole new screen because of a bad inverter. It cost me over $ 150. NOTE OF WARNING: Beware of Laptops & Beyond… I found there are many negative Unilocal reviews, too late in my case.
It turns out that I probably did not even need the new screen since Joe was able to discern that with Lenovo PCs it is important to not allow the automatic updates to include updates to the Intel HD driver or a video or display driver. I was advised to turn off the automatic updates (which the guys helped me do right then and there) and I will be able to choose which updates to allow from now on. Simple fix. Apparently this is an idiosyncratic feature of Lenovos.
Joe and Sami were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and honest; plus, I almost had to force them to take some money for the repair work. I highly recommend them and will take any and all computer problems to PC Repair Center from now on. They are the best!

These dudes are so nice and go way above and beyond. I find myself asking them all my embarrassing questions that reveal how little I really understand about hardware stuff.
They really didn’t have to spend time explaining everything I asked to them– but they did.
They didn’t have to special order me a part I could have ordered myself– but they did!
They didn’t have to replace my battery for me– but they did!
See, if I was left to do this stuff myself I would order the wrong parts, lose screws and plastic parts everywhere, probably get electrocuted, and just screw up everything.
So with them its about security in knowing you’re getting it done correctly, and with such awesome customer service too!

Sammy was extremely helpful when I brought my new HP laptop in after spilling tea on the keyboard causing several of the keys to do strange things (shift keys backspacing instead of capitalizing letters, etc). He took the keyboard off, cleaned and dried the components, and when he tested it, everything worked as it should. Didn’t charge me a thing! I’ll definitely go back when I need assistance with any type of device again!

These guys are great. I took my computer in because it had contracted some kind of virus and most of the apps weren’t working. They tried everything they could to fix it but couldn’t repair it without re-​installing the whole windows system. I have to say it’s a bit nerve-​racking having this done, because there is so much on our computer that we needed backed up, including all of our quickbooks business software. These guys took care of everything and had all of our stuff back on the computer where it belonged when we picked it up.
Not to mention they’re friendly, patient and extremely affordable.
I can’t recommend Sammy and the guys enough!

These guys really helped me out after my cat peed on my laptop and seemed to have fried it. Sammy was knowledgeable and ran through all the possible scenarios of what might happen to my data. He was able to pull everything off onto my backup drive & did it in 1 day! I got superior service and made a new friend.

Fabulous business. Sammy at the Encinitas location saved my Dell Desktop from the ‘black screen of death’ in under an hour. Great service! Brought my lap top in with water damage and they gave me plenty of options and I chose to have them put all my information on an external hard drive, I was so happy they were able to retrieve it all! It was extremely affordable, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for computer repair!

This place is great! I shattered my iPhone 5s screen, called them and made an appointment right away. I arrived at the time of my appointment and the screen was replaced in under an hour. They replaced it perfectly and at a great price. They’re very competitive with price, super friendly and do great work! I highly recommend them!

I love this place, every time I take my laptop in for repair get it done right on the spot or within a day or so & also sometime I get some technical difficulties he gets on my laptop remotely and fix the problems, very convenient and professional way.
