I used to go to this chilis at least once a week during football season least year with my colleagues. The happy hour was extended through the football games which included free chips and salsa, discounted beers and a happy hour menu. Now, during the games its a ‘modified’ happy hour with only budlight on discount, no free chips and salsa and only a couple happy hour menu items. I don’t want to make it seem like I was just there for the free chips. We would order a couple(tall) beers each plus food, often times off the regular menu and we would tip well. Now that they changed the happy hour I’ve only been once. I feel like the service declined too… they added those stupid ‘iPad’ waiter things to order from so it’s not a personal experience anymore. The food is still okay, that hasn’t changed. It just sucks they had to change the happy hour. I don’t know if it was to save them a few pennies on the dollar for the free chips(which, let’s be honest, probably costs them less than a buck) or they are adapting the«why give something away for free if they will pay for it» model. Either way… this is no longer my MNF and TNF place to go to watch the games after work.

They suck here now. Unbelievable! Half the restaurant was abandoned literally, however there was a «wait» until the full side of the restaurant was done eating. I asked to talk to the manager, he didn’t come by, so we left. Several more families came in wanting to give their money, but they were also rejected. We will never come to this location, until it becomes a different restaurant when Chili’s goes out of business in a few months.

Had to write a review after I witnessed a group of people leave and say they were going to post a bad review. Getting upset at a young host because you weren’t attended to right away and making her cry is rude. I asked the young woman the wait time and she stated it was a 15 minute wait. Having spent time in food and beverage years ago it frustrates me when people don’t understand that an open seat doesn’t mean they have waiting staff to attend to you. Most restaurants have a difficult challenge of balancing labor costs and customer service. In today’s world patience is hard to come by. Affordable dining in a must have it now world is hard to come by. Time for some baby back.

A family favorite: I used to not think twice about this place but now I dread it a bit, and lately it is more dreadful: they keep reinventing themselves by using different pictures and layouts but it’s the same basic ingredients. Simple, rather plain, uninteresting presentations. However it is always filling and not horrible. Service is a bit slow since they are stretched even when the place isn’t very full. Every year I go it seems more like an old diner.

Chilis used to be a great place to go to during Happy Hour and meals in general. But the company has become stingy and things aren’t the same anymore. Happy Hour doesn’t offer anything like it did before and the prices for regular meals just keeps getting higher while portions are smaller. What really got me was when I went in for the unlimited enchiladas and was told by the waitress that I could take the enchiladas home if I didn’t finish and then right after I paid she comes and tells me that her manager said I can’t take it anymore. If she told me upfront in the beginning it wouldn’t be a surprise but she didn’t tell me nor did the menu state that I couldn’t take it either. The only reason I am upset by it is because it had to go to waste. Not sure if they ended up throwing it away but if an employee states that you can take it, u should honor it and not wait till after I pay to tell me I can’t take it anymore. At the end of the day, it wasn’t a big deal, just wasteful, I’ll probably still end up coming back because there isn’t a lot of choices you have for restaurants in the neighborhood :/

Chilis is a great little place to go if you don’t know what you’re in the mood for. They have a very big selection of different kinds of food. Sandwiches, burgers, salads, BBQ, fish, tacos, steak, Mexican, and much much more. I’m updating my review because the last 2 times I came I really enjoyed it. The Caribbean salad is amazing very fresh tasting. The turkey club was great too and a lot bigger than what I thought It’ll be. I definitely want to try every type of food they have, I’m sure the majority of it will be good. I also love the Fresh Guacamole on the menu, it comes with salsa as well. Service is always decent, not horrible not amazing.

Waited for 15 til I was acknowledged. I even went to see if there were any tables n the bar. Yes they were busy. Tables everywhere were empty without being bussed. The hostess was clueless. She yold me to wait by a table and it will get bussed… r u kidding me? After 30 minutes of nothing we left. Never been happy coking to Chili… not sure why i tried again. This will be the last.

I had discontinued eating at Chili’s when they changed the menu but was in the area two days ago and decided to stop for lunch, i noticed on the menu a dish called«chicken crispers» and a picture that looked great, when the order came it was no where near the photo on the menu, it was about 5 small pieces if chicken leg meat stripped from the bone after having been boiled, then it was rolled in what appeared to be white flour and brwoned and then reheated in a microwave, the most disgusting item and was«chewY», i will never return again, i also asked for substitute onion rings and they gave me 4, not to bad, but charged me a an extra dollar. just a warning.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I stopped by after a long day for a drink and the food, staff, and of course the few blue moons couldn’t have been better.

I have visited other Chili’s locations and was always pretty impressed with the service and food. Last night, however, was a total disaster. I came in with 2 other friends, and you could tell that our server was paying more attention to the other table because she didn’t believe we were going to tip well since we were teenagers(definitely was not the truth). She literally put no effort into serving us and she never checked in on us unless we asked another employee to find her, keep in mind it was not busy at all. Anyways, we ordered our food, my friend and I got the mexican deal where you choose 2 options for $ 10. When our food came out, it was a major disappointment. The beans and rice on my plate were COLD, and the tortas were lukewarm and tasted like plastic. You could tell the plate was sitting there for a while because it definitely didn’t taste fresh. We had to wait 15 minutes to tell my server because she literally put the trays down and ran away. When we finally said something she apologized and said her manager would take care of it, so we asked to just replace our meal with 2 desserts because I had lost my appetite from the pathetic food that was put in front of us. The manager came out and apologized saying he’d take care of it for us but when we were given the check we were still charged for our original meals. It took another 20 minutes to find our server and anther 15 for our check to be fixed. By this time we were ready to get out of there because of the mediocre food and terrible service. I never got my server’s name but she’s a young Asian girl with tattoos up her arms. The meal ended up being $ 20, including $ 1 on the machine for playing games WHICHWEWERENEVERTOLDABOUT. That’s a lot of money for disappointing food/service. This experience totally ruined Chili’s for me and I probably won’t ever return, especially to this location.

The food is as you’d expect from this sort of restaurants, it’s your average plasticy looking chicken, ribs looking like they were rather manufactured in some lab, and dry tasteless salads with shredded chemicals that resemble cheddar cheese … I have no complaints about the food, I would actually give it three stars if I were just rating the food. We went there for my sons birthday thinking the atmosphere was going to fun and exciting which was a big mistake! They have put these tablets on tables to order food or play games and so service is non existent. Servers just bring food and that’s only if they don’t mess up your order. I mentioned to our server two times that we were there for a little kids birthday and asked if he could blow a candle … you’d think they would sing a birthday song or something, but no, too lazy to even do that. Then we decided to order some deserts so we asked for a candle and a cake the waiter said he gets a birthday scoop but we had already decided on the cake, they brought the cake but still not a candle so at least we could sing him happy birthday. He was pretty bummed out, we ended up going home and doing the candle thing at home. I’d give this place zero stars on service if I could!

I love me some Chili’s and it’s awesome that they change their menu often with seasonal items. Had a great meal here and the service is always good and friendly. I’ll be back soon.

I ordered a burger with no pickles or onions, but when it arrived it had extra pickles and onions on it. I just took that off myself and assumed the order was put in wrong, but when I bit into it the burger is barely mediocre and it’s undercooked. There was pink all throughout the center of the burger.

IMO the best any chilis/Applebee’s/Tigi Fridays can do is three stars. Average menu, average food, average service, long waits on he weekends. You go for consistency because the product is the same everytime, at every location. I honestly haven’t been to a chilis in over 2 years but Came in the other night to meet some friends for dessert. Dessert(specifically the molten cake) and endless chips and salsa are the best things on the menu. Other than that, eh. This night our server was really good and kept our drinks full and didn’t mind is taking up a booth in her section for a couple hours.(But it was a tues night and the restaurant wasn’t busy) b

Wow worst chili’s EVER! They served me a steak that was not edible, after I complained they offered to make another one. And as if it was possible the next steak was worst than the first one. Lol so I asked to speak to a manager, who seemed nice until he kept saying«yes you already said that! I heard you and we have no control over the quality of steak we serve» REALLY? TELLINGTHECUSTOMERBEQUITE, YOUALREADYSAIDTHAT? after I waited patiently then you tell me we have no control over serving gross food! Horrible customer service. And I will never eat here again

The ONLY reason why I don’t give this place 5 stars is because their menu is so accommodating that the flavors lack. But what else do you expect from a huge chain like this? This is my go to place, especially on Sunday’s for their all day happy hour!!! I loveeeee their happy hour. They offer beer and margarita specials. My favorite it the presidente for happy hour. It’s 5.99 but amazing!!! The 4.50 hour margarita is weakkkk. Spend the extra money and have a good time! Other than the drink specials they have awesome different priced appetizer specials. I think this place is completely underrated restaurant! There menu is extensive with amazing deals for two and mix and match combos. They also offer very easy curbside pick up Togo orders. I’ve ordered food to pick up NUMEROUS times. And my food is always fresh, warm, and ready to go at the exact time they tell me.

3 different servers before we even ordered anything. That was confusing. I had the mixed trio of fajitas. Looked fantastic but tasted greasy. I had a horrible taste of greasy onions in the mouth afterwards. Something was off about it. The tortilla chips were really good. Nicely salted and light. Our 3rd server forgot my partners mash potatoes. Not the best service. She failed to come back to our table to see if we needed anything else. Maybe she thought ziosk would ask us instead! I like the ziosk tablet idea, but it charged us $.99 for a game we didn’t even play and be careful because the default tip on the inbuilt payment device is 20%. Cheeky buggers! Pay more attention to the service and food and less about charging customers for ways to make money from games one doesn’t even play!

My son loves this place because of their tablet and their games and I had a gift card so what a better combo. I googled the nearest location and this place came up. It wasn’t so easy to find because it’s a shopping center so i had to drive around a bit to finally find it. There was hardly anyone there so we were seated right away. There was only one server in our area but she was quick and brought out everything pretty fast. I ordered fajitas for both my son and I, i had the shrimp, chicken and carnitas and my son had the steak and chicken. The chicken was tasty but the steak was gross. The carnitas were nothing but fat so i didn’t eat those and it’s a good thing i ordered an appetizer because otherwise we would have left the place hungry. I only had to pay $ 3 bucks out of my pocket so although the food wasn’t all that… i didn’t get to pay for it. :)

Our server, twice, couldn’t remember the beer I ordered… after ordering a second beer, she forgot to deliver it. I ordered the margarita chicken bowl with no rice/tortilla strips and a side of honey-lime dressing… also ordered food that needed spoons. My bowl came WITH rice/tort and no dressing., when ordered dressing again, server brought wrong dressing and argued with her that is was the dressing she asked for when it clearly wasn’t. This insistence from the server about my being«wrong» was beyond acceptable and down-right confrontational! I had worked for Chilis in college and knew what she was talking about was false. In addition., spoons/napkins/condiments came well late into meal. Manager Kyle came to apologize but neglected to comp the whole check… only removed chicken bowl… again not the appropriate call for such poor treatment/service! The manager Kyle did NOT handle this well at all !!!
