We worked with Alex for a Newborn shoot of our baby girl and it could not have been a better experience. Not only did Alex completely capture our love for our little one and her fun, happy personality but working with Alex was wonderful! She paid special attention to our daughter making sure she was comfy and happy and that she was capturing our true family dynamic in our home — and she captured it perfectly!
Getting the email from Alex that the photos were ready and seeing them for the first time just made my day and blew me away! Her ideas were creative and unique and the end result was perfection. We will shoot with Alex for years to come!

We are so glad we chose Alex to take our newborn photos! After first catching our eye with her photographic style, she further impressed us with her ability to make the whole process a low stress, enjoyable time. Even though our little one did not sleep a wink throughout the whole shoot, Alex reassured us that she had plenty of tricks up her sleeve to get great shots. Sure enough, she was right! Alex was very easy to work with, incredibly responsive to emails, and made sure to ask us if there were any particular shots we wanted. Highly recommend Alex Clark Photography!

Can’t say enough about how awesome the work Alex did was. She has such an incredible eye for capturing the right moments along with ability to make taking photos fun and more natural (coming from the guy who is really good at being awkward in photos). What a great find Alex Clark Photography is — this San Diego-​based photog is a refreshing find for us and brings vibrant life to her images. I hired her for maternity shoot last month and was truly impressed and thrilled with how the images showcased a unique perspective for our family. She is so easy to work with — her rates are incredible — she is efficient and on time with deliverables — and she is really cool! Her vision is customized for each client, and I always felt like she listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond that. She has an unmatched eye and incorporates the SoCal beach lifestyle into our family dynamic in really creative ways.

I had my maternity photos taken with Alex a few months ago. Although I knew I wanted to document that time in our lives, I felt rather large and not my best. Plus my husband felt like these photos just weren’t necessary. All that hesitation was gone when we met with Alex because she had a way of making both of us feel comfortable and excited during the shoot. She’s got an amazing creative eye and we were blown away by the photos she provided to us. Both my husband and I are so happy we have these beautiful images and will truly treasure them always. Now we are looking forward to our newborn photo shoot with Alex!
