Christine cut my hair for over 15 years and I constantly received compliments. She’s fun, edgy, up on the new style trends yet actually LISTENS when I tell her where I’m nervous. I recommend her as she really cares about all customer needs.

I have been going to Artisans for over 10 years. I have curly hair and I would not allow anyone else to touch it but them. I either go to Peggy or Iris. They are both awesome! All of the hairstylists are great. I also get my pedicures, manicures and facials there. The crew are super friendly and the owners are very personable. I would highly recommend them.

I went here a few years ago and saw a «junior» stylist. Just wanted a color. My hair turned out SO dark especially the ends. And the color was so flat. When I called to complain I was told that stylist no longer was there but I could come in to see another. I came in and she fixed it, with no discount. To me, if your stylist messes up, you need to correct on your dime.
I did go back for a haircut and it was the last time. Not one layer was cut in (even though we discussed) and the next day after I washed and dried, I looked like a mushroom. It was terrible. I went to a chain hair cut place and had it fixed. Wouldn’t recommend especially for the money.

Had a massage here last week and it was wonderful. The technician, Pat, was friendly and professional. Enjoyed my service and would recommend! Salon was also clean and everyone was friendly.

Amazing Jess does my hair exactly how I love it each and every time. I have been going to her for years and I will keep on going. She is an artist. She can vision what she wants my hair to look like and bam… Gorgeous! Thank you Jess and artisans.

First this place deserves a whopping 0 stars.
You will not get the best of anything here at all but mainly stay away due to the owner. She is a pathetic excuse for a woman and a human. Her practices across the board are beyond less than par and I would not want anyone to have to deal with her «holier than thou» attitude. There are so many other places you can go — please do so!

Great haircut for a dude who is incredibly inarticulate to how he wants his hair dealt with, how long it should be, etc. Also, the scalp massage was amazing. I highly recommend Iris. In addition to being talented, she has a really lovely personality. And yes, she’s really quite pretty — though I refrained from trying to pick her up, because that’d be weird.

I’ve been going here for a year. They’re super friendly and prifessional. I’ve loved all my cuts/​styles. Iris is my favorite stylist. They have a lovely interior with free drinks while you wait. Very relaxing. The owner works alongside everyone else and is quite congenial. Cute little place.

I agree with a previous reviewer that your service will vary depending on who you are working with. From my experience, Chrissy is a great hair stylist and the main two women who do nails are both very good. Front desk staff is always fine, and usually quite friendly. They use great products across the board. In terms of décor, I wouldn’t say it is the sleekest or fanciest, but I don’t think it is that terrible — I’m not living there, just getting my hair done.

I get my hair cut here, and they always do a great job. Not only do they listen to what I ask for, but they also make useful appropriate suggestions. I have short hair, and cut and full highlight with multiple colors was around 90, which I think is pretty reasonable compared with some ridonkulous places I have been before.
They use Bumble and Bumble products, which I love, and I was also introduced to a new (I think) line called Enjoy. Products have been suggested and described, but nobody has ever pushed a single product on me. I did want to try one of them, and she was more than happy to provide me with a sample — I thought that was really cool. I have never been to a salon where they provided a sample.
Receptionist is always friendly and never hurries me along.

Love artisans, they always make my hair look great. Wether it was just a trim or for my prom. But I guess it differs from who you have. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Went here over a year ago seeking a place to bring my wedding party. It was just aweful. The place is shabby in appearance, especially for the prices you pay. They did a decent job on my nails, but totally mutilated my hair. It was cut completely unevenly. Additionally, they were very salesy and tried to push not one but at least half a dozen products on me. Don’t go here.
