Had my eyebrows waxed here today and was very disappointed. I repeatedly told the attendant that there were still smaller hairs. She plucked 2 – 3 hairs and would stop. I will not be returning here for any service.

Disappointed … service was great everyone was really nice, attentive, & I left very happy! BUT then just one day later all my nails were ruined Polish comes off, the acrylic was left too thin that it started cracking. Loved how nice they were done but either the quality of the product is terrible, or they aren’t as professional as they seemed to be.

Not pleased at all. They rip customers off by pretending not to speak English, adding extra unwanted services and then charging you. Took my mom in, explained clearly what she wanted to have done, and they performed other, extra services that I did not authorize. I was very clear, yet they ignored my requests and my mom came out with a $ 36 bill. Never going there again.

Had a Mani pedi and waxing here about a week ago. Top notch. Service was fabulous. Pedicure tools were fresh, they were taken from similar packaging for tattoo shops. Brand new scrubbers, and nail files were used on each person. The tubs were scrubbed after each use. The job done was great. They do a gel pedi, it still looks fab. While you get your pedicure enjoy the massage chairs, it was a nice touch. Special room for waxing, very sterile. Fresh wax melted per person. They estimated the amount needed and went from there. There are all sorts of stories floating around about how someone got a wart, or how someone e got a fungus from a pedicure or manicure, this will not be the place you have that issue. I have also heard horror stories about waxings. You will not have a bad experience here. Also, if you change your mind about color, no skin off their backs. They are happy to change something. All around, awesome experience.
