Super over priced for no reason ! They cant do nails. They made my nails all different shapes! Ugly, sloppy rushed work

This place is full of crapp they did my acrylic nails and every nail broke each day and they won’t fix it or anything I spent 75 $ and now I’m stuck with with two broken nails they use acrylic and put in the lamp and then it makes your nails cracked in half I don’t t
Recommend this place at all

Courteous, clean and quick. It’s my local salon. I have had about 3 pedicures here and keep coming back, so that says something. I wish they didn’t immediately ask if I needed my eyebrows waxed every time I walk in, though! It makes me feel self-​conscious. The only negative experience I’ve had here is when I got a manicure. It just seemed rushed and like he wasn’t paying attention.

The best pedicure tech is Julie! my feet are always on point. she has the eye of an eagle. I dont know what I would do with out her! The owner is very nice and her speacialty is nails and eyebrows in my opinion.

This place was recommended by a friend that has been coming here for some time. I have been here on 3 occasions for: 1). Brows 2). Mani 3). Pedi…
1). Brows: Inexpensive and just OK — Do Not allow them to use a razor on your brows. I promise you that it is NOT sterile.
2). Mani: Performed by a woman that was extremely rough, not friendly and appeared upset when I asked her to remove the polish from one nail due to the smearing and bubbling. On a more recent visit, I had the male manicurist to repaint my nails and he did a horrible job. There were hairs brushed onto my nails and I asked him to start over and he said, «Why?» Huh??? I insisted and he was not very pleased. But who is paying for this???
3). Pedi: Loved the paint job but I was VERY disturbed by the lack of sterilization of the tools and I insisted that ANY & ALL tools be sterilized prior to them being used on me. Response: POOR ATTITUDE (does not bother me, I raised kids!!!)
Note: The clientele is very low budget and way over the top ghetto. The place is not particularly clean. I bring my own tools, polish, top coat, base coat and pedi tools — without a discount on services.
Overall, where is the State of California that regulates these places?

I have been a regular at this place for quite some time and have to say that I love the way they do my lashes and brows. There’s also an older lady that does a pedi like no one else I’ve been too but lately their clientele has been a turn off to me. It’s not the fanciest of places but the quality of work was able to overshadow the décor but now with the added strike of the clientele, I’m considering finding a new shop. I’ll miss my girls.

I hate to do this but… I got the absolute WORST manicure of my life here (and I’ve had plenty). Before I continue let me say that the pedicure was fine, nothing special but no problems.
A gentleman did my manicure and didn’t listen to a word I said, about shaping, trimming the cuticles, etc. I should have alerted him when I saw that he was using a cheap drug store brand clear polish as the base coat but I just figured somehow he knew what he was doing. He didn’t. He used that same clear polish as a top coat. Three of my nails were chipped about six hours later. Two days later they are ALL chipped. I always bring my own O.P.I. polish so I know it wasn’t the polish, or anything I did. My red nail manicures usually last about a week.

This place is never clean when I get there, therefore I don’t go here for my mani’s or pedi’s but I do go for my eyebrows because they do a great job for a low price of $ 6 bucks. So if your on a budget and need your bros waxed come here!

I was desperate and wanted to get a pedicure. this place is ghetto, but they sure damn clean my toes no joke! I love this place! =) Everyone is super nice.
Oh, if you want design, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I started going to this place b/​c it was the closest to my house… now I walk a little further for better acrylic nails. I had my nails done by every person at this place and was never happy with the results. I also had a pedicure there once and it was very underwhelming.
What I WILL go back for though are my eyebrows! The lady who does the eyebrows there does great work! And it’s only $ 6! You can’t beat that!

Went to this place today because it seemed to have less people waiting than other nail salons in Emeryville. Found it via GPS (POI search). The prices were very good. The place is pretty run down and not very attractive inside. It seemed to be a little dirty and there seemed to be a little disorganization regarding who was next, etc. I did walk away liking my pedi and mani. They do take credit cards but will add one dollar to your total to run the card. The staff was friendly.
