Laundry Locker was installed in my building so I thought I would try them. I am not impressed. Sent four items. They ruined a brand new silk shirt. A sweater was fine. Looks like they did nothing to a pair of pants, including trying to half heartedly iron out the creases down the front. And a wool jacket came back ok. They were delivered on crappy plastic hangers that barely withstood the weight. You are convenient but I would rather drive across town for quality.
