We initially heard about Brian and his crew from a friend of our’s. We called Brian to set up a meeting at the home to be remodeled. Brian met with us and we immediately liked him, while at the house Brian took the time to measure and evaluate everything that we wanted to complete in our remodel. Before he left, that same day, he had given us a proposal of what our costs would be and let us know when he could start and the approximate day he would finish the job. We were very impressed with his knowledge and the time he took at that initial meeting to answer and price out our questions. We hired Brian and his team the next day and are glad we did. All of his men were very professional and did whatever it took to make sure we were happy.
We will use Brian and his men for all of our future home remodeling projects — he is very responsive and easy to work with.

Unprofessional! This guy had me text him my address so one of his guys could come and take a look at what we needed to have done. The guy never showed up or called or anything. I should have taken my business somewhere else after that, but I tried again. I then contacted him again about a potential date and time for him to look at what we needed to be done. He responded to my text with a question, I answered him then never heard back from him. Don’t waste your time with this guy or company. If he is too unorganized to hold appointments or respond to customers, who knows what the hell he will do to your house!

ProTech works quickly and professionally as promised. They have painted the outside and inside of several properties for us. They have also removed wallpaper and installed new light fixtures. Brian is a pleasure to work with and I especially appreciate the extra care taken to minimize disruption of the household and maximize cleanup afterward. They also removed popcorn ceilings at two properties with excellent results. They do very high quality work and I highly recommend them.
