I called ahead and was told they can do any design if I had a photo. I went in to have one done. The person had a great deal of difficulty drawing the design on paper and did a worse job on my skin. I was completely dissatisfied and still had to pay. I will never go back here.

The older lady did my eyebrows and while she was at it, she nipped my skin on that area and a little blood came out and my cut was burning, when I told her what she did, she completely ignored me and went on with her work. no apology at all. She missed out many spots when i told her, she got offended and snatched the mirror from my hand. There was another lady so i complained to her and she said sorry and asked me to complained to the owner of the store who was at his grocerg store just next door. So I did that. He checked with his staff and then he apologised and offered to refund my money.
I thought it was a one off incident so i went again plus its local and convenient, thinking I will get it done by the other lady but she wasnt around and the same old lady was there, same thing happened, this time she cut my skin on the corner of my mouth. She didnt even realised it. Its a small cut but hurt badly. I felt it was useless complaining to the store owner this time. Never going back again.

I like this place as much as I hate going — location is great but the parking is a pain unless you are lucky to get a spot in their makeshift lot. It’s $ 8 for eyebrows which is reasonable to me. However I prefer having Sonya or one other woman do my brows. I find one of the women to be unprofessional as she has called me fat and let me know that I had gained weight. Um why thank you for being judgmental. Also they don’t take debit or credit. Cash only.

Every time I come here I regret it. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I only come here when I’m desperate and I can’t get to queens (it’s only 2 bucks there). First of all the over charge you. The women there don’t know what they’re doing and it hurts! I went in today and in the middle of getting my eyebrows done she decides to go talk to another customer. I wasn’t even planning on giving her a tip but she didn’t even give me the right amount of change when I gave her a 20 and I just stared at her and she walked away. Plus the parking there is terrible. I’m never ever coming here again! They have absolutely no customer service skills!

Had one bad experience out of many. They still do a pretty good job and they are local and convenient. Its my go to local spot for eyebrows.
