I have a 3 piece gold Cross set that I got as a gift from an employer about 15 years ago. One of them needed service from Cross, and they evaluated the worth for shipping insurance reasons and gave me detailed instructions on how to get it serviced.
They are a Cross distributor and are extremely enthusiastic about Cross products. If you are in the market for a Cross product, including cartridges and refills, either for yourself or as a gift, I would heavily recommend them.

I work nearby and we use West Suburban Office Products for our office supply needs. I don’t know which to comment on first — how quick they are? how nice they are? how well stocked they are?
All of the above — it’s a pleasure to deal with West Suburban. Our delivery guy is first rate and always super positive and pleasant. I have called many times with «rush» orders, and they are very accomodating. And they are happy to special order anything that I can’t find in their catalog or website.
