Milana (the manager) was very helpful in helping my husband and I pick out glasses. She gave advice and made sure we had what we needed while saving money. I would recommend her to anyone who needs glasses or contacts.

I would stay away. Not worth the hassle. Optical doctor wrote incorrect script. It took 3 weeks to receive the actual glasses only to discover it was not only overpriced but wrong. while the salespeople are most polite — hence my one star — the manager Milana is uncooperative and very condescending.

After pricing a pair of prescription eye glasses at my local optician for $ 700. which I thought was a ridiculous price, and that Warby Parker frames were just too cheap, I went to JC Penny Optical and could not be more satisfied. You won’t find the fabulous designer frames such as Prada but I found two terrific frames at a fraction of the cost. The best part was that Greg, the optician, was great… he had good manners and was extremely helpful and professional.
The only downside to this is that the frames are made in China instead of Italy or Germany, or France.
