To keep this kind of short, I bought my vaporizer at a tobacco store on Irving Park Road next to York street in Bensenville. I should have left when I got the red flags that the owner who sold me my vaporizer, did not know anything about the product and I was mislead on what to do. After a week, I got a terrible burning taste, took it back, and couldn’t get answers from him or his staff. I seen Deans store and decided to stop in. I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Dean was extremely knowledgeable with all vaporizing technologies, went out of his way to get me back on track and what my vaporizer was capable of. The place is extremely clean, he has all the proper equipment to try all the flavors he sells, and the customer service is outstanding. I will not go anywhere else if I have a question or product needed with my vaporizer.

excellent customer service. The owner, Dean. couldn’t have been any more helpful, or professional. He offered me several great options, without trying to sell me anything I didn’t need. the tasting bar is a great idea.&super helpful. my only con is liquid prices. which still arent outrageous.&many delicious ones. Def a welcome addition to town! i will no doubt return fairly often

Had a not so great experience at another shop down the street. I’ve visited several times here and have always been pleased with my experience. Customer service is important and I know nothing about vapes so it’s nice when someone explains things to you. Def will become a repeat customer. The prices aren’t bad either and they have a rewards card!
