I wanted to kill two birds with one stone so I walked my way over to Aldo. I tried the first door and said okay maybe something is wrong with it. Tried the second one, still nothing. It was 10:15AM on a Sunday and I was greeted with locked doors, no problem. Maybe they open at 10:30AM, but how come the hours are not posted?! My bad for assuming they’d be open just like the rest of the mall. What I found disturbing is that the employees felt my presence and even saw me through their peripheral but said nothing to me. They could’ve motioned they were closed or said something about the time they open. I decided to run my other errands and try again later. Upon returning, again I was greeted with no acknowledgement whatsoever. I was livid. I decided to leave after two minutes. Aldo doesn’t deserve my money and I don’t deserve their unprofessionalism. This review is not to be confused with the Aldo Accessories Store that is next door. This is solely based on the Aldo Shoes Store.

Customer service at the store sucks. They try to up-sell you on everything. The guy sold me a sample that had been on the floor but didn’t tell me. One shoe is perfectly new but the other has scuff marks all on the bottom. My bad for not inspecting both shoes out of the box but didn’t think that was going to happen. last time I go there.

Uncomfortable shoes for high prices and there quality lacks. Some of there shoes may be cute but doesn’t justify the prices I would rather go to Macy’s and spend the same amount on a pair of designer BCBG’s.

I decide to pass by after a long day at school. Their music were really loud. Other than that the service was ok.

Came in to purchase some shoes for a date that day and I have to say for my first pair of Aldo shoes they were very stylish. The 4 – 5 people who worked there were very quick and responsive when it comes to their customers.

$ 170 for boots?! Ain’t that a kick in the head! Aldo, when do you suddenly get the balls to think you’re designer footwear? Your boots might be made for walking, but comfortably is the even bigger question? Yeah… I didn’t think so — that’s why most of your employees were in flip flops. Kicked you to the curb!
