The employees working here just need to get their sh*t together. At least try to learn you’re job and not act like complete airhead bimbos when helping a customer -.-

I agree with Tina C. This place is a bit on the disorganized side and the staff… disgruntled, to say the least. They seem to get their jollies taking their disgruntledness out on unsuspecting customers. Only go if you have a lot of patience as you’ll need it to sort through everything to find what you’re looking for and to deal with the staff.

Complete disappointment with the overall selection. This shop is actually located inside of Queens Center Mall. The staff is completely disgruntle appearing as if they do not wish to be here at all. The floor is complete mess with insufficient stock and merchandise is disorganized. I came here looking for specific rhinestone hair pins as I’m growing my bangs out for a different hair style. Growing out my bangs is difficult because it poke my eyes making it difficult to see, thus I resort to hair pins. The aisles are messy and the floor needs structural work. Claire’s Boutique is also dba Claire’s Accessories which they target pre-​teen and teenage girls as they do not have any hair clips, hair pins, earrings, necklaces, or bracelets to young ladies in their 20’s or 30’s.
When examing the merchandise some of the hair pins or earrings (so thankful that my ears are NOT pierced) are missing rhinestones. It shows that the staff does not take care of their merchandise treating it as if it were an animate object to be tossed back and forth without care. Not worth the money as Claire’s Boutique is too pricey for their products.
