Awesome, friendly service. Food is way better than expected for a local bar. Prices are fair and drinks are stiff, not much more you can ask for in a local place.

After eating here more than 30 times in the last few years and many more times before I started using Unilocal it’s clear that this is one of my favorite lunch spots in the area. I used to think this was because its convenient rather than the menu but I have to admit it’s mostly about the food and definitely the exceptional friendly service. You’ll always have a nice selection of daily specials to choose from including hearty soups and usually a few comfort food offerings that change daily, if these don’t appeal to your taste buds the menu if filled with a large selection of sandwiches, wrap and salads. The kitchen staff understands that during the lunch hours people want to eat and run so they get the food out pretty quick but they never compromise the quality. There’s no doubt I’ll continue to enjoy having lunch here when I’m in the area…

I grew up in Ellington; everyone here knows Casey’s. It’s convenient, has good food and good prices. My husband loves their buffalo chicken sandwich, I love the quesadillas. They recently expanded their patio, which really satisfied the growing need for it, as everyone wants to sit outside during the summer and early fall. I love going here with my husband for a quick drink. The best part? The patio overlooks the neighboring golf area, so there is so much open green to look at! They have a good drink selection and the bartenders have been here for years, by their interactions with other guests you can tell this is a place where people go way back. Very inviting! In the winter they have lit the fireplace in the past, makes for a great atmosphere and seems very cozy! We will continue to go here on our weekends :)

I’ve been coming here for years. For the first time it was awful completely under staffed. Poor Bryan over his head in the bar. We waited 45 minutes for our food & hand to grab anyone to get us a another beer. I love this place but on a hot day it’s time to find a new spot.

Awesome place! Great food, great staff! Sunday is BBQ, Tues is create your own pasta and Thurs is create your own Mexican! Saturday nights they have acoustic music! And the fireplace is so cool! I highly suggest you visit Casey’s! It felt like I walked into Cheers!

Casy’s is a very nice sports, pub and biker bar serving very good food. Wednesday’s is Pasta Night, you can select a verity of different sauces and accompaniments which is nice if you like to mix things up a bit. The dinners are solid and they make a very good Rueben sandwich, I consider this place above the average in food quality and consistency and the service is always efficient and friendly. Do try the seafood items from the raw bar, you are in for a real treat. Casey’s is a very nice feel good local establishment with a loyal customer following, drop by and you will understand why.

Homemade ravioli of the week are fantastic. Waitstaff is usually good. Management is attentive, always making sure the customers are happy. Never had anything there that wasn’t delicious.

I just started going there over the past couple of months. This place isn’t for everyone. It’s a cross between a local hangout and a biker stop. Don’t be fooled. If you enjoy a friendly atmosphere and a place to strike up any kind of conversation then you will like Casey’s Café. There’s always a ball game on the TV and Red Sox fans. There’s a full bar, tables and a patio seating available. The manager is like the staff, extremely outgoing and friendly. Saturday nights they have live music which I though was an outstanding guitarist. He played which seemed like for hours. I left at 10:30 and he was still going strong. The food is good and you won’t go hungry. I’ve had several of the entrees off the menu and they were all tasty and I always have extra to go. If I had anything bad to say it would be the parking lot entrance but, that’s not Casey’s Café’s fault because it’s owned by the icecream/golf driving range owner.

Went the for happy hour on Friday. I haven’t been there in a a few years. It was like night and day from that I remember the food was great and will go back again. I patio was nice with the putting green next to it added a nice touch. I don’t know if it a new owner or just manger change but what they do keep it up.

I went here for a date the other night and I didn’t particularly like it. First off, it’s definitely not the place to take someone out on a date, especially not the first date. The atmosphere was noisy and informal. There was a mixed demographic: people who came in for a drink after work and as well as families who came for dinner and brought their children. It didn’t really seem like a family place to me… I was surprised to see any children there at all. The food was decent. I had a grilled cheese and an ice tea while my date had a grilled chicken buffalo sandwich, which he really enjoyed. Price wise, it is very inexpensive but they didn’t really have anything special. They have a pretty extensive menu. The service was prwtry good. I think this place serves better if you’re going out for drinks with buddies versus if you actually want to have a food meal.

We tried Casey’s for a 2nd time last night. We had to know if we could get 2 good meals in a row here. There were way too many small children for a place like this. I would not expose my little kids to that lifestyle. People still in their work clothes going straight to the bar after work. Some loudmouths were annoying, but that is to be expected in this establishment. We liked the food again. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, a moist chicken breast, not overly breaded, decent buffalo sauce and they loaded it with thick crispy bacon, so much I shared my bacon(I never do that). Blue cheese dressing was runny, but this is a bar, so I don’t expect perfection, lol. My boyfriend got the roast beef wrap, it was huge and loaded with properly cooked roast beef(medium rare), as well as horseradish sauce that he said had«just enough horseradish in it». He had a hard time finishing a wrap(a wrap so big you can’t finish?, we never saw that until now). I had 2 glasses of wine and did not pay with an arm and a leg for them. As long as the loudmouths are under control(and you can tell right away when you walk in), we’ll keep going back for a quick burger or sandwich and drinks. This place is cleaner than you would expect(see prior review for atmosphere info). We had the same server, who was very good again. Other servers came to our table to check on us also, which to us equated to giving a great tip.
