Walgreens

The customer service at this store was terrible. There were three people behind the counter talking to one another when I walked in and not one of them greeted me. This was my first time at this location so I did not know where anything was so it would have been helpful for one of them to assist me, which certainly did not happen. After walking down the same aisles several times I decided to put my items back and leave the store.
As a customer I should not have to teach customer service.
Most likely I will not be returning to this store.

Great staff in pharmacy.
Come here all the time. Usually stuck between going to Walgreens or Rite Aid but both customer services are great. The pharmacist n tech at Walgreens talk to you like they’re your friend. Is great too because it is 24 hours. Love it!

I usually don’t write reviews, but this is something that shouldn’t be ignored.
I shop at this Walgreens due to the clean facility, and today I went to go purchase some allergy medicine. I went with my boyfriend who isn’t very fluent in English, and while I was checking out, I spoke to him in our native language.
After seeing me speak to my boyfriend, the employee goes, «Are you speaking to me?» in a very rude and ignorant manner. It was as if she didn’t want to hear me speak in a different language. When I questioned, «Why would I speak to you in my native language if I spoke to you earlier in English?» she replied, «Oh, I wasn’t sure if you were speaking to me or not,» again in a very rude and ignorant manner.
I didn’t want to continue to speak to someone THAT ignorant, so I walked out and called the store to file a complaint. I found out that she’s the store manager. Finding out that she’s a store manager surprised me even more, since she would be in charge of training the floor staff members to customer service.
I have called the Walgreens headquarters and filed a complaint on her.
Now, despite the store’s clean facility, I will NOT be shopping there. I’ll be shopping at the CVS right across the street from there.

I have been floored the three times I’ve come in here — service is very fast, the stock is good (and maybe because it’s still shiny and new, the Clearance section is devlishly well-​stocked!), and the most important: a super fast pharmacy. I can’t underscore this enough. When picking up meds for a very sick human, I was able to get it WITHIN 15 MINUTES of the prescription being called in. This is a stark contrast to their «across the street neighbors,» where I’ve had to wait sometimes for even multiple days because of their downed systems or understaffed pharmacy.
So relieved this Walgreens moved in!

Very friendly, at any time of day/​night. Courteous and attentive pharmacists. Quick service.

This is a brand new Walgreens! The pharmacy is fast and the staff seems really nice. Great store.
