DELIVERY TOOK WELL OVER AN HOUR + in Ellicott City Pizza Hut, We were told at the time of placing order 30min. after waiting for 45min we call & are told after the deliver person leaves they basically have No responsibility– so an hr & 20 min later our food come COLD. no apologize nothing!

Pizza Hut is what it is a good old establishment that offers pizza. There’s plenty of room for seating and parties. The servers are very friendly and they offer many selections if you find yourself unable to make a selection.

took 1 hr 20 mins to get pizza which showed up cold and wrong pizzas when I called, I was told the would they would immediately bring new ones, hour later it finally shows up.

Best pizza ever.
But don’t even think about a home delivery, the quality seems to go down for remote service.
If you are carrying out or dining in, the best pizza would be the following:
Hand tossed, light on cheese, marinara sauce, bbq sauce on the side, black olives, peppers and chicken OR pineapple.
The only drawback is servers and apparently the chef keep changing frequently, so our last visit on 03⁄01 was pretty bad.

terrible service. argued with me about not accepting my coupon before they finally did and the breadsticks were brown and slightly burnt on top with no garlic on the GARLIC breadsticks. I checked the website to see if I ordered the wrong breadsticks, but the description clearly stated that there was garlic.

Good pizza and soup, but way way way too much grease. They say buttery crust, but all I taste is grease grease and more grease. The food is hot and ready though, and they atmosphere is clean and nice. The service is wonderful and the people are nice. The only problem is the crappy food.

I expected the same Pizza Hut quality at this location as I do at other locations. As far as flavor goes, it tastes like Pizza Hut. However, the pizza itself seems as though it was made by an untrained teenager. Toppings were sparse and unevenly distributed. The manager, Tiara or Tara I think was the name, was EXTREMELY RUDE. My family and friends have been ordering from this location for years. But after today, they have lost a set of loyal customers.

This store is small… so bring your softball team here at off hours so you can get a enough room to spread out.
The turnover here is incredible… so it’s hard to rate the service… it varies by the week.
