I bought my 65″ Samsung js9500 from Greg, he was awesome during the whole process! Those guys really take care of there customers! Gave a mutch better price on the warranty and hardware as best buy could ever offer me! Warranty service is excellent! You don’t have to wait at all! I would highly recommend this store to all my friends and family!
If you looking for a special expirience and very good offers, got to the big screen store in ellicott city!

Just had a really good buying experience with the Big Screen Store. We had done our homework and knew which TV we wanted, and we did some online price comparisons. We visited the store, and our salesperson (Greg) was very helpful with making sure that we knew our options but wasn’t pushy. We ended up buying the TV we originally wanted, and Greg said he would call us if there was a price drop. I admit to being skeptical, but about a week later, he called with news of a price drop and information about how to get a refund. Our TV was delivered quickly, and the set up (which would have taken me hours by myself) was done for us in less than 10 minutes — TV, cable box, wi-​fi, sound bar all working together seamlessly. We’re glad we went with this store rather than buying online because we paid the same, the store doubled the manufacturer’s warranty, and the set up was done for us. Definitely recommend.

Visited this store because we always see such good deals on the tv commercial. We went into inquire about a deal we recently saw and of course it wasn’t exactly the same deal advertised. The products on the commercials are the bottom of the barrel products. Once you see the other options you’ll surely want to spend more money. So that’s what happened to us so we figured we would inquire about a credit account
We applied for credit, but NEVER said we wanted to accept the account. We go to buy our house and two credit accounts from the big screen store ARE on our credit reports. Not cool! I’m pretty sure they must have some type of sales goals to meet otherwise why the dishonesty???

I bought my 48″ curved Samsung on Friday. I had it delivered on Monday. The delivery guys were awesome (saved my life actually). They set up my tv and hauled away my big clunker. The buying process was flawless and I spent less $ than I anticipated. Everything went without a hitch and it was the best buying experience I ever had. Thank you John and BSS!!!

I wanted to give an update for those who are interested. After all was said and done, we were without our TV for over 2 months with the «warranty». I will say they warranty company’s representatives were super nice.
No one from the Big Screen Store ever called to follow up or express empathy other than to reply to my previous post for their personal damage control. Just sayin.

Just bought my 5th television from The Big Screen Store. This is the first time from the Ellicott City location. John was great in answering all of my questions. If you are in the market for a Samsung TV, you really can’t beat The Big Screen Store. High end Samsung televisions are price fixed, so the price is the same everywhere (unless you buy from a shady unauthorized online retailer). The Big Screen Store gives you a free second year of warranty, and they do stand behind it. I have had experience in that with past televisions I have bought from them. They deliver for free, and typically next day. I even had some questions on setting up the Smart features after the set was delivered and I called John and he walked me through it.
