If dealing with dealerships has taught me anything, it’s to be prepared to sit for a while, because you’re not going anywhere. When I called to make my appointment for this morning, I was told it would take about 2 hours to get the work done. So I was prepared to wait for at least 4. That wasn’t the case at all. Today, they weren’t that busy, I was literally the only customer there until after 9am. I had brought my homework with me,(I have a paper due tonight) so I was prepared to be there for hours. Everyone was so nice. I got there before they were technically even open and the service representative brought me in and got me all set up anyway. He even gave me a box to put my stuff in(I had to empty my console, no one told me). Like I stated, I was prepared to be there for a while, but low and behold I was done and out of there about 9:30am. So the work actually took less than 2 hours. I am very happy and will definitely be returning in the future.

This is my first time coming to Classic Kia and l am very pleased. I needed an oil change and scheduled the appointment for late in the afternoon, but since my schedule would be booked up for the remainder of the week, l called back and spoke to Dave in the Service Department, who assured me that l would be able to get my oil changed during my lunch hour and be back to work in no time. I came to my appointment a little earlier, but that was not a problem. I explained that l spoke to Dave and was assured that l would be provided the service within my lunch hour. Well, they delivered and every one in the service department was pleasant and worked towards providing me good service and having my vehicle completed in the agreed upon time. I want to thank Dave and the service staff at Classic Kia and let them know that l will be getting my service done there from now on!
