I’ve been coming to this store since it first opened. It’s a great place for collector’s and a perfect location. Yes they have plenty of Star Wars, but the NECA figures is what I really come here for. They always get them before most stores and they always buy a good amount. They even carry Hot Toys! If you’re a gamer, you’ll find a decent selection of classics from Atari-Playstation. Even handhelds, consoles, and accessories. If I had one criticism, I wish they carried Mezco, DC Collectibles, and The Loyal Subjects figures. Maybe some loose NECA or classics would be cool too. Other than that, awesome place! Expect quality service and great people when you shop here. You won’t be disappointed. If you’re a pop culture collector, a kid, or just a kid at heart, you have to check this place out! Don’t miss out on this Ellicott City gem.

Great shop for Lego hunters, offering a more recent market segment than the vendor booths in nearby antique malls. Partial and full sets for purchase or barter, in varying conditions of wear. Dan was friendly and helpful in letting us rummage through what wasn’t on display, but call in advance to schedule seller appointments so that the managing collector is on hand for pricing. A range of other cute toys and figurines for general interest.

My son entered the store with his service dog. My husband waited with our other dog outside. After I entered the store I heard the clerk telling my son no dogs allowed in the store. I made her aware that that is a service dog and he had a vest on, It made no difference to her. My son liked the merchandise and we probably would have picked up a few items.

All Time Toys is one of the biggest reasons why I come back to Ellicott City. I collect Transformers, and every time I visit they have a few new ones. The store seems very picky on what they buy/sell, so every item I’ve seen on display is complete(or marked with what’s missing) and in excellent shape. Prices are consistent with what you’d find on eBay, and it’s much more rewarding to support a small business. Even if you’re not a collector, it’s a great store for kids. They’ve got some newer, inexpensive action figures, as well as a growing Lego collection. They also sell a few used video games, though not as large a selection as you’d get other places. Really, I can’t recommend this place enough.

Stopped in here to take a look around because a friend owns the store. I have to say, I was surprised at what I found. I completely expected some«antique» style shop selling used toys and collectibles in a haphazard style. Instead, I found a well-stocked toy store with everything from new figures to old collectibles organized efficiently by genre and type. This store is primarily for action figures, collectible figures/statues, and Legos. Most people will purchase these things as gifts for grade school children or for adults/teens who collect different genres(Star Wars, Superheros, Horror figures, etc.). There two biggest sections are Star Wars followed by Legos, with a ton of items(new and old) among them. Pricing varies, especially among the older stuff which can be worth more(or less) depending on condition. There are a few other things around here, from small collectible knick-knacks to used video games. Most of the video games here are not for current platforms; Xbox, PS2, GBA, etc. are what you’ll find. Pricing here is fair, from standard cost for the new stuff to varied prices for the older collectibles. You may find a used Star Wars vehicle for cheap($ 20-$ 30) or a complete toy set for expensive($ 100+), depending on what it is and in what shape. There was only a single staff member on duty, but he was friendly and helpful, even when a «rush» came in and the small, single-room store had 10+ people squeezed in at once. So, if you’re looking for a gift for someone, a collectible for your collection, or even something rare to start said collection, stop in here!

Fun little shop in historic Ellicott City. Good for lego geeks, toy collectors, and kiddies of all ages. My nephew loved the build your own lego person for $ 4, and the sales clerk was great in egging him on :)

Unique selection of toys, including legos,(new & used) video games & more. Very helpful staff and great location in charming Old Ellicott City. Note: this is a very small shop with a limited selection. I’d suggest calling ahead to see if they carry what you’re looking for.

This place is a toy fan’s dream. Everything from old school collector toys to designer vinyl(although not a bunch of vinyl yet). I’d definitely recommend checking it out. They even have old SNES and Sega games(and systems).

All Time Toys, if I’m not mistaken, used to be a small store off of main street in Ellicott City that depended on eBay for the bulk of its sales, with a sign on the pavement directing passers-by to check out the store. In the last year or so, the store has moved to a new storefront on Main Street itself, still using eBay, but now likely garners more foot traffic. The store specializes in current and vintage toys, video games, some Japanese items, and a few trading cards. The crew they have working is all pretty knowlegeable, and they’re pretty patient with folks who have lots of questions. Plus, they take trades. Very cool little store, and well worth a trip to EC. Note: You can buy from their«store» on eBay, and pick it up in person, saving on shipping costs.
