Jiffy Lube

I went to this site for an oil change. I was greeted at the car and the technician walked me to the front of the store, opened the door and offered coffee to me. They told me twice what they were doing, showed filters and discussed recommended service in the next time or two I bring the car in. Courteous from beginning to end.

During the recent snowstorm the splash guard/​air dam on my car came loose and began dragging, making a horrible noise. I couldn’t remove it myself; I simply didn’t know how. On a whim I drove into the Elkton Jiffy Lube to see if they could remove it. Jon greeted me with kindness and professionalism and said he’d take it off within 5 minutes. He pulled my car in, promptly removed the part and pulled it back out to the parking lot with a smile and a «thumbs up».
Great guy; made my day.

Went here for an oil change and everything turned out good. The only think I would say is that they removed the air filter and put it back but my air hasn’t worked well since.

Went there for an oil change. One car was there in the three bays that they have. Took my truck right in and was out of there within 20 minutes. Will go back again.

Stay away. I came in for an oil change. They wanted to replace my air filter. They didn’t have it in stock so went to auto zone to get it. My car was in the service bay waiting for the air filter. Then other cars showed up. They started my car and drove it out of the service bay with no air filter into a dusty, dirty, pollen filled part of the parking lot. When I noticed, I ran out and told them to turn off the car, it had no air filter. They said it was no problem. Really, look in your car’s maintenance manual about driving your car with no airfilter. They said it was not harmful. You might as well throw sand into your engine directly. These guys are totally clueless and obviously don’t car about the customer or the damage they cause to your car. Stay away, These guys are dishonest, stupid and clueless.
