Delicious food and very friendly customer service! Generous servings and reasonable prices. Best Chinese food in the area, you won’t be disappointed!

We were really excited to try this takeout place after seeing great reviews but we were pretty disappointed in our lunch specials. I got Sesame Chicken and my boyfriend got Egg Fu Yung. Both were very soggy. Something was off with the eggs in his and my chicken had so much breading that it was inedible. Luckily, the crab rangoons were good and we had also gotten sushi from the neighboring restaurant.

New to the area, and so far this is the only Chinese take out restaurant I will order food from. People are complaining about what they ordered and how greasy the food is, or they didn’t get what they ordered. You need to understand this is a «takeout» & not a sit down restaurant. The food like any other fast food chain WILL be greasy. As for the lady b*tching & hollering about not getting her lunch order with fried rice, you specifically said the lady on the phone told you it only comes in a LARGE size. Off the bat, you should’ve known lunch orders don’t ever come in large. So quit complaining and own up to your own mistake. The owners are very nice, and we’ve ordered their lo mien which was delish & greasy like it’s supposed to be. And also their chicken and broccoli(w/curry), general tsao chicken, double cooked pork. all very flavorful ^^ We order here at least once a week when we don’t feel like cooking & it satisfies our cravings just fine :)

I eat here a couple of times a month. It’s good for when you don’t feel like cooking. It’s not the best Chinese food I’ve had by a long shot, but it is still really good. The food is consistent and you get pretty large servings when you order off the dinner combo menu, I don’t know about anything else other than their french fries. We order fries here A LOT, they are really good, hot, and crispy, just like a fry is supposed to be. You wouldn’t think to get a french fry from a Chinese take away, but they are really good, they could use salt though. I highly recommend this place(and the fries!).

@Lola I def understand the frustration of ordering food and not getting what’s advertised it’s like WTF! It makes no sense! However I come here a lot and the food and owners are awesome! So I could be wrong but I think when you said you wanted a «large» general Tso and sweet and sour chicken that meant you wanted the entrée(which comes with white rice) and not the lunch special(which comes with fried rice and soda). Not sure about the delivery part, but give Great Wall a 2nd chance I’ve been going there for years and they actually are pretty consistent.

Great wall is one of the best Chinese takeout resturant in the neighborhood. I usually go and get beef with broccoli and four seasons. Out of all the places I tried, I still think great wall have the best taste. Also their food isn’t that expansive either. The price is great with the portion that they give. Also another factor for me is the service, all the workers are really friendly and they always prepare my food in a timly manner. I never have to wait too long from the time I order to when the food is served. Overall I would recommend this resturant to anyone that like Chinese food.

We got some takeout here because of the good reviews on Unilocal. When you walk in, it is a dive with the calendar on the wall showing that it’s still July and the operating license crooked to being upside down in the frame. The lighting was dim and illuminated pictures of the food were old and dusty. It just gives you a feeling of neglect. We were hoping our food didn’t suffer the same fate. When we got home to eat, we were very disappointed. The chicken fried rice had no taste and the chicken seemed like it had been boiled. My trio of pork, chicken and shrimp had exactly one shrimp in it and the vegetables in it seemed old. The egg roll was good, but the fortune cookies tasted like they were purchased when the store opened years ago. Try Chopstix across the street for better takeout.

My friend had a craving for Orange Chicken, so I scouted the area for a Orange Chicken place, and I landed at this Chinese joint. We ordered Orange Chicken and Beef Lo Mein. The portion size were awesome for the price, and the food was solid. Only thing was, we didn’t know this was more of a carry out place. The tables were rickety, and the inside décor was nonexistent. Great little Chinese joint run by an adorable family. Can’t say anything about the other dishes, but definitely recommend for what we tried.

I tried the shrimp egg foo young. It had a weird taste. The shrimp was chewy and the gravy tasted like it had soap in it. I stopped eating when I started chewing on egg shells smh. Never again. I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the customer service was good. The guy I spoke and the delivery guy was very nice.

Great Wall is my go-to takeout place and it’s always very good. Their food is very inexpensive for the portion sizes and the woman who works the counter is really friendly. They’ve never gotten my order incorrect and I order from here fairly frequently … although I can’t speak to their delivery service because I always pick it up.

This is your typical Chinese take out which is a good thing. Being from NYC I have a certain taste I look for in Chinese food and this place has it. No frills but great flavor and variety. Small mom and pop place with super fast service and great prices.

This place has some great fried rice and lo mein. If you don’t like greasy foods, then the fried rice and lo mein is not for you. However, if you’re like me, the kind that just enjoys good food and isn’t a health nut anymore, then get their Fried Rice and/or Lo Mein. Any kind but I prefer Combination. Unfortunately I’ve never tried anything else from here so I don’t know what to tell ya. It’s been a while since I’ve been there and according to the other reviewer, he didn’t like the fried rice. Maybe things changed? I’m gonna order from this place again and give you guys an update soon!

This place was good. We ordered their lunch specials in person to go and they were attentive and gave us the choice of fried rice or white rice with our food and choice of soda. I got the General Tso’s chicken which was delicious. Their fried rice isn’t my favorite, but still pretty good. Since we got it to go, I was pleased that they had taken the effort to staple the take out foam containers closed so that it wouldn’t spill.

The first time I ordered(delivery), I thought I had found my favorite Chinese restaurant. But oh my effing goodness, are they inconsistent. The second time I called to place an order for delivery, they said they couldn’t deliver because it was too far(umm, really? They delivered to the same place a few days ago), and just today, my brother and I were craving Chinese so I placed another order for delivery from their lunch special. Their lunch special CLEARLY states that it comes with fried rice and a can of soda. The lady said that the General Tso’s chicken only comes in a large, so that’s what I got, and I got a large sweet and sour chicken for my brother. Please, someone, tell me why when my food got delivered to me, they gave me WHITE rice, and only one, when I ordered two lunch specials. I call the lady back and she said that if I didn’t ask for fried rice, we automatically got white rice. HOW does that make any sense? Why would I ask for fried rice, when it’s already supposed to come with fried rice? I NEVER had asked for fried rice when I had ordered from them before, and this lady had the audacity to tell me that yes, I did order fried rice, which is why I got fried rice the first time. Lady, don’t tell me what I did and didn’t say. You are so rude. And where was my free can of soda?!! This lady kept giving me nonsense reasons why I didn’t get my fried rice. I was so fed up with her, I hung up on her. If you AUTOMATICALLY give white rice unless they ask for fried rice, then you need change the wording on your menu. Eff this place, never ordering from them ever again. BTW, sweet and sour chicken is no good. Don’t order.
