Delivery was quick, but the food was probably some of the worst Chinese takeout I’ve had– and I’m really not that picky, either. Gummy meat, soggy and greasy vegetables, bland and watery sauce, and the fried rice tasted old. We won’t be ordering from here again…

So visited at lunchtime. The cashiers were friendly and speedy and everything was efficient. You pay first even if eating in. They give you a number to place on table. I ordered the lunch special spicy garlic shrimp with fried rice and came with crab wontons and a pineapple fusion tea. I love the plate shaped like a boat. The food was very very very good. I haven’t had really good Chinese food in a long time. I ate in but the dining area is tiny and in full view of customers ordering takeout. That said I didn’t feel awkward. You leave dishes when done and can leave tip on table or when paying upfront. I will be back.

Delivery order for Sunday night; the food came in about 30 minutes. I ordered the shredded beef w/celery and carrots– seasoned well and HUGE portions, came with rice The garlic chicken was phenom, not only and the vegetables had a nice crunch Veggie lomein was on the saltier side but I liked the vegetables here too and since it was cold out I ordered a small hot and sour soup… total price including tip was $ 40 what a deal

Really don’t understand how this place gets such great reviews. Have ordered from here a few times and it was so-so.

For delivery chinese, and an assortment of other asian deliciousness, this place is the bomb.(I feel old saying that, but hey.) The food is pretty good and is the type of leftover Chinese food that I’m not afraid to reheat the next day. Yum! You can order online. You can get delivery for a nominal fee. You can get bubble tea with your food. Bubble. Tea. Delivered. We try to limit our chinese food intake to once every couple of weeks and this place always gets our business. Good pricing and good food!

Great place to eat near UMBC’s campus if you’re craving Asian good. Their fried calamari is delicious, perfect size to share or eat all yourself. A lot of things on their«street menu» is also very good(and cheap). Their bubble tea is also a must. Sometimes I just go for bubble tea. Some places make their tea too powdery and bubbles too hard, but every time I come here the bubble tea is perfect.

I love that you can place your order online. I placed my order online and it was ready when I arrived which was about 15 minutes. The line was long but very quick. The portions are large and the food is flavorful. I ordered the Pad Thai. It was very good.

We often order from here for lunch at work. Normally, without pause I order the special/combination lo mein. This time, a coworker convinced me to try the Malaysia Kway Teow. I was a bit apprehensive about trying something different, but to my surprise this was phenomenal. I had them add some extra spice to my meal as I like it HOT. I also tried the Thai Iced Tea with Boba. It’s addictive. Definitely good food and a great price and quick service.

If you’re looking for good Chinese takeout, this is the place for you! Over the past several years, I’ve tasted just about everything this place has to offer, which is a lot! Some of the menu items aren’t so great, but don’t let that fool you: this is the BEST American-Chinese restaurants I’ve ever experienced in Maryland. Their delivery radius is pretty big, and their drivers and staff are always extremely friendly. It’s always a good experience. The only negatives I’ve seen: 1. Although many menu items are terrific, some are bad enough that I wouldn’t return if that was all I tried. Think stir fry with generic brown sauce or Mongolian Beef that is full of nearly raw white onion slices. 2. Several dishes contain way too many vegetables to take up space, be they broccoli, onions, carrots, etc… –only read on if you want really specific advice— I always find menus for places like this overwhelming, and I always end up sticking with the same thing. Since I actually managed to try a lot of items from this place, here is a rundown of my opinions. Maybe it’ll help you try something new you’ll love instead of facing disappointment from your standard General Tso’s and never returning to this place. My Favorite Items on the Menu: Crispy Shredded Beef(also available in chicken, but not as good; it’s very sweet so I recommend you ask for less sweet) Szechuan String Beans Pad Thai Any Lo Mein Drunken Noodles Good but not Great Menu Items: Singapore Rice Noodles Spring Rolls Honey Sesame Chicken Thai Style Fried Rice Shrimp Toast Orange Chicken Orange Tofu Kung Pao Tofu Satay Boneless Spare Rib Things I had high hopes for but wouldn’t re-order. Your tastes may differ though: Mongolian Beef Homestyle Tofu General Tso’s Chicken Shumai Spicy Chicken Wontons Crabmeat Cheese Puffs(tasted ok but not great and kind of small) Egg Roll

This is my favorite Chinese food delivery and carryout option. They are polite and speedy with delivery and prices are great. The lunch combos are a great value and I especially like the Hunan Shrimp, drunken noodles, and Thai tea iced latte with boba. My food from them has always been hot and fresh and they look clean inside.

//FOOD\\ Their menu is pretty eclectic and a lot looks like standard American Chinese fare, but they also have some stuff that is closer to «authentic» Chinese depending on which menu you look at. So there’s a big range of tastes in addition to options that might be confusing depending on what you’re used to. For example, one Unilocaler mentioned how the Ma Po Tofu was not fried, I don’t know what they’re used to but this dish is usually served almost like a stew in actual Chinese cuisine, never fried(it’s usually soft or silk tofu so it can’t be). With the variety of styles on Chopstixx’s menu, I’m not surprised if there are customers who wonder which style they’ll get(me included). However, I’ve noticed that the«Street Meals» menu, although limited, caters more to the Asian palate. This is the one I usually order from, but I like having both menu options. I think that’s a plus. For the most part, I only order one thing here, the Thai Style Fried Rice, which I really like. It’s beef, chicken, and shrimp with lots of slices of spicy jalapeño and seasoned with fish sauce. It’s closer to actual Asian cuisine tastes and not ladened with soy sauce and color like the usual American Chinese takeout fried rice. //SPACE\\ Like everyone else has said, the interior is pretty cramped. Only a handful of tables. So not much standing room if you come in for a takeout order and the place is full; better to call in and pick up instead. Tables are pretty basic and close, so not a place for a fancy date. //SERVICE\\ For me, service has only been so-so. Competent service but no warm reception.

The Street Menu has some great choices. The chicken satay is very juicy, and the portion is pretty big for so cheap. The roti is served hot and perfectly crispy on the outside while fluffy on the inside. The Malaysian Keow Teow is freshly stir-fried to order with great flavor and generous amounts of chicken and shrimp. The Hong Kong style wonton soup with noodles is very filling and satisfying. The broth has great flavor, and the noodles are good quality. Fresh bok choy completes the dish perfectly. You can add drinks to a Street Menu entrée for cheap($ 0.50-$ 1.50). They have good quality boba and Thai tea. I see many people come in just to order the bubble tea. Personally, I usually get the Japanese sweetened green tea, which is only $ 0.99 for 20oz or $ 0.30 more for 32oz! This place has the best prices and quality in the area by far.

Their food is pretty good, but really, I am a fan of the boba teas and drink selection that they have at their spot, since they are one of the only places in the area that makes their boba/bubble and teas from what taste like scratch. Could not find a boba tea that could match anything like what you find in Los Angeles. A Unilocal friend told me about chopstixx and I went to investigate after work one day. Been addicted ever since. Must try other drinks, but Thai tea and coffee bobas make my world go round. If they could just sweeten their bobas, I’d be in heaven.

Good Chinese/Asian food in Elkridge, say whatttt?! Chopstixx is a little, nondescript, and typical-looking Asian restaurant located in the same shopping center as Green Valley and the Exxon gas station, off of Rt. 1. Interior is kinda meh, but that’s pretty much to be expected… but despite the lack of modern décor and small size, it’s tidy and clean. Can’t say much about all the items on their menu, which is pretty extensive to say the least, but I love the Thai fried rice from their street menu! Comes in either a reg/small or large portion, and you can add a bubble tea for $ 1.50, scoreeeeeee. For ~$ 10, it’s a pretty awesome deal if you’re looking for a quick, yummy dinner for two. The fried rice is buttery and savory… and every bite is filled with egg or chicken or shrimp or beef, which you don’t find often! Chopstixx is definitely not one to skimp on meats, thank goodness. :) Oh and I always get the passionfruit latte smoothie(diehard passionfruit milk tea lover over here…) with bubbles, and the flavor is great! Fruity but still creamy… and I usually wait a little for the smoothie to melt because it’s pretty stiff and difficult to drink when it first comes out. Bubbles are alright, but it’s kinda hard to tell when it comes to smoothies since the ice freezes them up anyway. I always come here for takeout, and the service is efficient and friendly. Definitely come here and try their street food menu — the quality and price are hard to beat!

I come here all the time for their frappes and black tea lattes. I can’t get enough of it. If it was closer to where I live, I might even go every day. Aside from their drinks, their Thai fried rice is really good. It’s not greasy like most fried rice, but rather fresh and flavorful. Their Hong Kong style wonton soup is also very good and very hearty. I usually get those two when I dine in. Their Chinese food combination is pretty good as well. Their portions are bigger than normal which I can greatly appreciate. The restaurant itself is quite small. There are only a few tables and not a lot of room for privacy. There is almost no noise so any conversations held above whisper will be heard by anyone in the restaurant, except for those in the kitchen. Parking is abundant as it’s located in a small shopping center.

Small… underwhelming interior buttttt the food was excellent. I love the presentation. Food comes out in a boat dish. The food was fresh, hot and delish. The lunch specials are offered in weekends until 4pm. And it comes with 3 crab rsngoons. For a couple dollars more u can add salad and soup to the meal. I realllly came here for the bubble tea. I had the coconut tea which was not on the menu but they made it… it was beyond great. Tasted just like it is suppose to. Sooo tastey. The have the regular boba… they do not have an assortment of boba and that’s ok. As long as I have a place to get my bubble tea… Ohhh thank Jesus for answering my prayers. Ya girl is complete now.

After reading a number of rave reviews, I was spectacularly disappointed by this standard-issue Chinese takeout joint.(There are a few tables in the tiny, drafty space, but it’s really a takeout spot.) It was pretty noisy the night we arrived, between the television and the other patrons, and the guy at the register was also a little spacey, so he rang one meal up and I was signing the check before I realized he hadn’t put in the second meal for my husband. Sigh. New check. I also hate when places want you to add a tip before you are actually served! I don’t always have cash to leave at the end of the meal, and I don’t want to add it to my credit card when I’m not sure how everything will go. As it turned out, the service was fine, but the food was solidly terrible. I ordered Mandarin-style fish and vegetables: There was a ton of fish(seriously, probably at least a dozen palm-sized pieces) and a handful of tiny snow peas for color. Everything was swimming in sauce, so the fish(which had been fried) was a little gummy on the outside. My husband ordered one of his favorite dishes, Ma Po Tofu; instead of being fried, as is the standard preparation for the dish, it was diced into tiny pieces and tossed with a thick brown sauce. Again, a ton of food — at least enough for 4 people who enjoyed it(which he didn’t.) No vegetables in sight. Neither of us took our leftovers home, figuring that if we disliked them the first time, we would really not enjoy them the next day. In fact, the memory of this meal is enough to make me not hungry. Hey, maybe they could market that — the Bad Chinese Food Weight Loss Plan. That might be a sole bright spot in our disastrous experience!

This is one of the few places open on a Sunday that has pretty decent food so it’s packed with church people if you go between 12pm-2pm on Sundays. They have a variety of semi-authentic Asian dish offerings, including standard Thai(pad thai, drunken noodles) Taiwanese(fried pork chops, eggs with rice), and Chinese. Everything is pretty standard and decent– nothing spectacular but nothing really bad either.

Decided to try this place today. I placed an online order fifteen min before the store opened. They quoted me it would be ready by 11.15 I ordered the shrimp with lobster sauce and general tsos chicken. Maybe its .all the other places I have had shrimp with lobster sauce but this one just wasnt good… There were about five shrimp, peas, carrots, and undercooked mushrooms.. .The chicken was ok but not great as well. Chicken pieces were way too big and fatty. On the other hand the crab puffs were rich and yummy. I dont think i will be coming back here in the future
