This is exactly what it looks like: a small Chinese buffet in a strip mall. The décor is quite typical. The buffet itself is adequate. The food was hot and, for lunch on a Saturday, fairly fresh. The beef in the beef and broccoli was surprisingly tender(this is often a weakness for Chinese buffets). The selection was quite limited, but it’s a small place clearly meant to do limited business. The sauces were flavorful, though they probably have enough sodium and MSG to store a ham unrefrigerated for a year. Again, exactly what you’d expect. It is what it is.
